Hotel was clean and close to the attraction we were in the area for. Easy access and good breakfast. Staff was ok.

Not bad but not great. room was a little dirty. the elevator was filthy. very loud from rooms around our room. Pool was always full of kids suggestion open pool for adults for an hour. Got there stood in line for 20 minutes finally our turn and kids got to receptionist to buy candy and pop and he decided to take care of them instead of us. Suggestion vending machine.

Hotel canceled my paid in full reservation. Trying to get me to rebook at a higher rate. 2 weeks later I still have not received a refund. 0% help from staff. Much better hotels in the area cheaper and nicer

Oddly, while the parking lot surrounds the building, the only available entrance was the main entrance. Most hotels offer ingress from outside doors via keycard, while this one doesn’t. Also, we did not receive housekeeping at all. Some hotels will tell you not to expect it unless you ask, but this one just didn’t. I sadly lacked coffee on our second morning, and our bins were overflowing. All that said, we might choose to stay again if we visit Dorney Park. Price was good and everything else was good quality.

Last visit was better shower smelled a bit n water wasn’t as hot

The room rugs were dirty. The highway traffic is noisy. While showering the water wets the whole bathroom floor because there is no shower kit to keep the water contained. We can clearly hear the people walking and talking above us.

We couldn't use the pool because it was out of service. But everything else was fine.

I called before check in and spoke to someone that said we had rooms that were door to door. We checked in and did not and then they lied to my wife about it. The pool was out of commission when we got there but it opened back up after a bit. It should have stayed closed. The water is nasty and the pool area is gross and dirty. Nothing cleaned. Hotel is mid. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Not thoroughly clean

We had a great stay at the hotel. I really liked that when you paid for an adult breakfast 2 kids got to eat free.. staff was very helpful.. we got down to breakfast at 9 am on a Monday not realizing it ended at 9 and they still let us get food made a whole new thing of eggs for my children and we ate it while they very patiently waited for us to finish. Not once did I feel rushed or like they were annoyed. Front desk was also very nice.
