The customer service made the experience even worse. Most of the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful throughout our stay. The only staff member who treated us with kindness and respect was an Indian gentleman. Unfortunately, I don’t recall his name, but he was courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The rest of the staff did not provide the level of service that guests should expect. Overall, the poor cleanliness of the property and the disappointing customer service made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to both housekeeping and staff professionalism.

Worst place I have EVER seen. Extreme smell of bleach, stains running down the walls, lights that flicker, TV/cable did not work. We actually turned around and left. That was $90 for 15 minutes at the room I'll never see again.

The facility was filthy, and the beds were not changed. i found food, pubic hair and what looked like bed bugs on the linens. i checked out immediately.

The place is falling apart. The ceiling above the bed was cracked. It is grimy and outdated and for the price of the room, it should not be in that condition. The door didn’t shut or lock correctly. I would never stay there again.

The amenities were lacking of basic hygiene and looked as if zero renovations had been done in a very long time - contrary to the hotel sign saying “newly renovated”! I had to secure lodging due to working in healthcare and living a distance from the hospital to which I work in with a large snowstorm hitting the local area. I booked a room for two nights. I didn’t feel safe - I didn’t feel comfortable and I never went back the second night for those reasons. I don’t expect perfection - but this accommodation was in a simple word deplorable!

The gentleman at the desk was helpful & friendly. The room was a mess. The room might have been clean, but it didn't look clean. The room needs major work.
