Staff were super sweet! Rooms could use some updating but that’s more a personal preference. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The courtyard area is really nice. We enjoyed the pool and the gym.

We found a drug pipe in the pull out coach and the mattress was dirty. We booked a suite and there were two twin pull out coaches, one was in the bedroom. It wasn’t ideal for privacy and I had to move mattresses. Staff said we would get a refund, but the manager never approved it. I highly recommend you not booking here.

It was clean, we had no housekeeping on Saturday.

I've stayed here multiple times and never had a complaint.

The property was located in a decent area and felt safe. The room SMELLED so bad. As soon as I walked in, the odor took my breath away. Our room smelled of mildew/mold and the carpets were damp in certain spots. It felt so icky…. I stay in hotels multiple times each year and this way by far the yuckiest hotel I’ve stayed in by odor alone.

Bathroom and shower as well as shower pressure were below standard.

It was close to the amphitheater, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. Three big positives. The balcony door was off track which was frustrating. I let the front desk know and she was very apologetic. It was disappointing that there wasn't a complimentary breakfast or even coffee. You had to order everything and there was a long line with one lady at the counter. Some free coffee would have been nice.
