Baymont by Wyndham Chicago/Alsip

Bathroom was not cleaned well. The door had a large crack in the bottom that light from the hallway could easily be seen. I won't stay there again.

The manager was rude, my toilet would not flush down could not use restroom, TV would just buffer and Wi Fi was spotty. Management did not seem to care about problem said they were full and could help us. Will never stay at any Baymont ever again and will let my friends not to stay either

The staff were friendly. The room was outdated but clean, which is more important to me. I would stay again.

Staff was rude my fiancé bracelet was stolen they also make up there on rules.

They could use more handy cap parking space’s especially in the back of the building there are none. We hand to park in the back 5 nights during our stay because the front lot was full.

Everything was as expected. I would stay there again.

The rooms were muggy and had a smell of mildew. One of our rooms was worse than the other. The breakfast was decent it was good enough to get our families going without having to get a breakfast out. The staff were very nice, they were working the best with what they had. If I hadn't been with others I would have requested another room and if it were good I'd say I'd definitely stay here again.

Overall, the hotel was rundown and hallways had dirty floors. Staff was not friendly and almost confrontational about everything. Room was clean and adequate but glad we only had to stay for one night.

Everything was good!! I enjoyed my stay!!

The front desk female seemed to have no personality whatsoever. We asked for extra towels because we had children with us and they wouldn't give them to us. So we had to share towels with the children. I had to use a hand towel as a wash cloth because we only had two bath towels and two wash cloths. There were two adults and two children in the room.

I didn’t like anything about the stay, the room I was in had a bad smell and bugs were also in it. I didn’t even stay, I gave them the key back and went home to stay in the dark, but clean place. I will never go again, then I lost money because I didn’t get it back
