Very good location in the heart of the village. The ski bus stop is just in front of the house, all shops, restaurant are within a very short walking distance. The hotel has its own free parking lot, which may be full by the time you get back from skiing, but there is another public and free parking spot nearby. You may call the hotel stylish (as in other reviews), I would call old school and outdated. However the bathroom is somewhat renewed, the room, the furniture and the whole building would need some renovation. Great to have a restaurant/pizzeria on the ground floor, however that meant the smell of food will be all over in the hotel in the evening. Pillows provided were useless - too soft, with feather filling.

Great location and character. Plenty of free parking. xGood food and excellent breakfast bacon and eggs cooked to order. Very helpful morning staff. A small thing but annoying at the end of a long day’s drive: I checked in online a day or two beforehand, as asked to by an e-mail from the hotel, and thought that pretty efficient for a smallish hotel; on arrival I had to check in all over again, including the e-mail address to which the online request had been sent.

Nice room and comfortable bed. Enjoyed the biergarten and atmosphere, old building. The breakfast was a bit simple and not so tasty. Some of the bread, yooghurts etc were finished, only empty trays one hour before the breakfast ended. Room not suitable for people who want to sleep in dark and quiet (music from the terrace, but it was friday).

This is an older hotel with a bit of character. The room was nice for the price with a really nice bed. In winter I would think it would be more. I asked for a quiet room and got one with a view of the church cemetery. There is a pub on the lower floor and parking out back of the hotel. The street number can be misleading as the hotel is on the middle of the main street as it bends around so the GPS might send you up the side street.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very cosy and familiar, perfect for Christmas. The pension in itself has a historical value. We had a great time and we'd gladly come back again. I can highly recommend it. The size of the shower. I guess it is either meant for a quick shower or as it was kater built, it was improvised to fit the structiure of the building.
