The balcony was shared with another room, so it wasn´t as private as I would have wished for. No refrigerator in the room.

Great location in the centre and just a walking distance from the Erlebnis-Therme Amadé. Friendly helpful staff. They also provide discount for the ticket.

Great breakfast. Location. Friendly staff. Rooms are very basic. No too much space, no mini bar, tiny table to work on. Also, I expect guests can eat in the hotel restaurant but it was fully booked when we arrived around 7 pm. Probably none guests occupied tables?

We visited off-season, and the hotel only had a few guests. Our room had a single chair and a small table. There was plenty of room for another chair or larger table. We didn't understand why the receptionist did not automatically give us a similar or nicer room. The cleaning would have been the same either way. The breakfast was very good - more than we needed with so few guests. Since the hotel had so few guests, it would have made a huge difference in our personal opinion if the staff had given us a choice of rooms.

Friendly staff. The breakfast was good, but boring, because everyday was same on the menu. The dinner was ok, but it was too less for the price.

I forgot my eBook reader in the room. It was recovered by the staff and given to me when I was passing by the week after. Incredibly poor internet connection. I almost could not connect using VPN to the office. Horrible experience. The parking capacity is not always sufficient. Breakfast offer slighlty below average.

Excellent hotel, in a great location. The rooms are large, extremely clean. The hotel staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent.

A fully selected buffet in the morning. In the sauna, towels the size of children or plastic cups for hot tea.

The location in the midst of Altenmarkt is perfect and being able to park right outside the hotel was very welcome. The room was quite large with a balcony and very quiet. Breakfast was good and we also enjoyed the large gym and the playing room. The reception staff was not welcoming at all, in fact they were close to being unfriendly. The coffee at breakfast is worthy of improvement.
