Since this was our first accommodation in Austria in a ski resort area, we didn’t really know what to expect. The room was spacious, but it lacked at least a kettle for coffee or tea. There was also no mini fridge in the room. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try the wellness area. Breakfast: There was a relatively wide selection for breakfast. Even though the same items were repeated every day, there was still enough choice and the food was tasty. Unfortunately, after two days we got sick, so we decided to end our stay earlier. When checking out, I politely asked the reception as a favor whether it would be possible to compensate our situation somehow, for example by letting us have lunch at the hotel restaurant before our trip home, since the children were hungry. However, the reception didn’t even try to help or offer any solution. Because of this, I am a bit disappointed with the attitude of the hotel/reception, and it diminished our overall impression of the hotel.

We really liked this hotel. Staff was kind and helpful, they were very accomodating. Breakfast was good and the dinner in the gasthof perfect. Sauna was really nice and relaxing. Rooms are a bit out of date but cozy and have everything you need.

Very kind hosts, great and cosy atmosfere, nice wellness and brekfast area (great viewes and food). Close to the crosscountry slopes (loipe) and to the center of the city. Difficult to enter the main road with a car due to heavy traffic.

The room was very nice and spacious Breakfast was excellent, a lot of variety There is a very nice restaurant in the hotel, very tasteful Schnitzel! Very helpful staff The hotel is on the main road so if you want to open the window, it is very noisy. The swimming pool is very small and very cold, but the kids still managed to enjoy it.

Lovely staff, good breakfast, cute spa area and reception and restaurant is very good Pool is small and hotel is right on the road - sound did not bother us much but you will need to drive I to town.

The hotel is in a great location on the hill where you can see most of the town. If you are going to enjoy nature and have some extreme sport activities, I would highly recommend it. It attached restaurant also had amazing food. The breakfast was a bit on the sad side... Even for a normal bread, cold cuts type breakfast it was found wanting.
