Property is located very close to the main station of gondola and you have somehow direct access and view to the slopes. Spa area is better than on the booking photos, and all the place have authentic cozy atmosphere. Suite have a kitchen, and the size is good, but it is very cold. The heating was not enough. Breakfast is disappointing and not relevant to the price. first evening when we arrived there was no hot water.Next days it was ok. No daily housekeeping or any servicing of the room for the whole stay. Breakfast is the same price for adult /kid no matter of the age and needs and is very pure with limited options. May be it is a traditional one, but our kids did not like anything and after we went out take breakfast on the apreski bar - better and cheaper . Breakfast does not have hot part at all - just bretzels, butter, 1 type salami, crema cheese, muesli and yogurt. One of the days there was 3 boiled eggs :). More disappointing for us was that we were extra charged 50eur per day for my 6y.o. daughter who sleeps in parents bed and they did not provide her even a pillow or separate blanket... what about bath towel.. When I made the reservation booking give me an option to book for 4 with a warning that there are 3 beds and there is no bed for the 4person, and I clicked that it is ok for me, but this surprising fee of 50 eur per day was too much. I would accept it if at least the provide anything to be reasonable. Over this - to be covered all the nights my daughter, I slept without anything to cover myself and I was totally frozen. All the time we felt cold and there is no way to control the temperature from the room. The heating was not enough.

Clean and nice surroundings What was advertised in the room description as 2 double beds turned out to be one only. Really small room. Malfunctioning wifi.

Everything was perfect. Great for families. Skiing from here is amazing. I tried to book another trip here for next month, but nothing was available. I guess others also know how great this place is ?
