Breakfast was good with freshly baked cakes, pancakes... Really nice to have games, pool... to be able to enjoy your nights at the hotel Cleiton and Di are super nice, always smiling and providing great advice to visit the surroundings. A little bit far from the center but it allows the place to be really quiet and it's right in front of a bus stop

Breakfast is amazing! Perfect tapioca, cakes, fruits and juice. Different choices every day. The staff is also friendly and helpful. My first room was terrible: small window to nowhere, tiny bathroom, no power plug near the bedside table and very, very, very noisy! Although I paid for an upgrade, I still do not know what it was for (since I did it to get a better room!)

Honestly, I had a great experience at Ocazum. I'm used to good customer service, and they went beyond my expectations considering we were in Alter do Chao. Don't miss the breakfast there! For me it was a great deal to have breakfast at Ocazum because it saves you time for your long day of exploring Alter do Chao. Bedsides it was a pretty damn good. In my stay, I noticed at late afternoon they had been available at the lounge coffee and cakes bites which I thought it was very thoughtful. Last, but not least. They also have a homemade recipe of cashew fruit cocktail which I really liked and I could easily order more Lol so one more thing that you can't miss out there. I was looking for a rustic vibe with a moderate price and they delivered a sweet experience for me and my cousin. The staff were great! they were very friendly and welcoming.
