Very relaxing stay, the hosts are lovely and made us feel very welcome - including our dog. Nice to have the use of a pool to and somewhere safe to walk the dog. Good breakfast served in the garden. Good restaurant on site, although run separately they too were very nice and welcoming - food was excellent.

The breakfast was delicious, all homemade products were fantastic. The view from my room were breath taking. Really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere over there and relaxation by the pool. The owners were friendly and very helpful. Felt like being at home. Will definitely use this accommodation when visiting Tuscany next time.

Superb

Very nice host couple! Delicious breakfast including marmelade made of plum from the garden. Also, nice capuccino and latte. Pleasant and nice area with grapes and olives, good for a nice walk after sightseeing in Pisa, Lucca, Viareggio, etc. Ideal location to make trips in Tuscany. Good parking and delicious food in the restaurant next to the guesthouse.

Exceptional

Cute property, very well situated between Pisa and Florence. The owners were super nice and breakfast was delicious. The rooms were VERY noisy. The general upkeep of the room/bathroom could be better, especially the tiny shower that could use a deep clean.

lovely location, views of the vineyard, lovely pool. amazing host, helped daughter with a trip to the chemist while we slept? great breakfast, will def be back to stay soon nothing, possibly faster fans as it was very hot!

Superb

The location is great and in a radius of 1,5 hours you can see many nice places. Really good is the restaurant on the place itself. On the other hand. the owner is really really nice and always ready to help and make the guest confortable. The breakfast was good. The beds and pillos were not confortable. It was too hot and just ventilator/fan. The badroom seems not to be clean. The smell at any time was terrible/discusting.

Great breakfast, very welcoming staff and lovely location No air-conditioning in the rooms and bed was a little uncomfortable.

Exceptional

looks good from the outside, nice appearance and nice owners. breakfast was good. the van in our room was not working, so it was very hot in the room. therefore we opened the window during the night, but it was quiet loud because of the restaurant next-door. the worse was the bathroom, it was stinking really bad.

The bed mattreses were not the best.

Everything was excellent. Manuel and Chiara are perfect hosts with lots of helpful tips on sights to see. Maybe a fan or air conditioner in the room

Our host ‘Manuel’ was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the daily breakfast in the garden. A bar fridge in the room would be handy, however, you can use a shared fridge in the breakfast room.
