Big family room, really nice. Dirty bathroom, taps, buckets and mug. Never changed or cleaned the bucket and mug. Disgusting….

The access road is full of potholes. The room is tiny. Ac didn't work for a while and worked thereafter.

It was good Hotel to stay which is nearer to Cochin Airport.Rooms are good. Bathroom should have been more clean without any bad odour.

Good location close to airport to stop at for a few hours. Was safe (including for my wife, who spent time alone there) and the staff were friendly. It is a bit noisy due to the train tracks nearby, and some of the other guests staying were a bit noisy at times, but nothing unmanageable if you have a short stay.

Very near to the airport and a couple of restaurants and shops not too far away. Oddly scenic field and church right behind and in front of the property. Friendly staff - despite major communication challenges, they tried their best. Allowed me to pay a small fee to shower after check out time before my flight. Also had luggage storage. It's understandably very basic. Don't expect luxury. No window. I was woken up at 8am on Christmas because they didn't scan my passport stamp properly which I thought was really rude :( Ordered dinner to the room and didn't think it was that good but that could also just be me.
