The room was comfortable. Food was great and the view was amazing. Also the staf was very helpful.

Excellent hotel, perfect facilities. Everything was incredibly clean, making the experience perfect. The only thing to observe is that the hotel is not exactly close to the main attractions of the island, so you will probably need a car to move around. I wouldn't say it is an issue because coast to coast takes maximum 50minutes. Still, an execxellent pick for staying in Zakynthos.

Their all inclusive rules were very rigid on drinks and the room smelled of mold

The staff was kind and helpful. The view is amazing from the hotel to the sea. The hotel had its own beach where the sea was crystal clear and it was the only place on the island where the soil was soft white sand. (All of beaches are stony everywhere in the island.) Lunch&dinner had a great variety every day, and it was very tasteful too. Lot's of coctails are included as well as champagne, wines, beer, and all of the soft drinks. Highly recommened to pay for the My Favourite Club experience at least for 1 day. (It's cost 50€/pax). There were entertainment shows every night and good activities during the day. The hotel was quite full but there was enough sunbeds everytime during the day. Only the breakfast was a bit boaring after 6 days, but the variety was great as well.

Great foods and nice workers coffee

Generally the hotel is good. The food was not high klass, but it was also not bad. Cool was that the entertainment every evening made different variations of show/concerts/ karaoke night. Perfect location In the lobby was crazy smell from the toilet, which was, I guess broken, so on the way to the dinning room you could “enjoy” it))

Staff where absolutely fantastic especially the bar manager Alex and bartender Tony. Everyone on the property was so attentive and made sure we always had everything we needed. The rooms where very clean and beds made everyday. Evening entertainment was good, it was nice that everyday there was something different. Only negative thing I would say is the repetitive food in the buffet for lunch and dinner. Would be nice to change it up a little for different days.

HORRIBLE!! This hotel is barely a 3-star hotel! I booked few nights here for my honeymoon and staying here ruined the whole experience.. I was very happy when we checked out.. first of all they gave us our room keys and the minute we entered the room we smelled a very strong scent of mold.. the room felt and smelt like it wasn’t open or cleaned for ages!! The mold smell was really really bad.. We checked the bathroom and it was even worse, all corners were dirty and rusty.. the bathtub was all rusty it makes it impossible to shower in it. We told the reception about this and they offered us 2 other rooms to choose from and both also smelled like MOLD!! The walls are dirty and room service is useless. A 5 year old can do bed better than they did. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who cares about good hygiene!!

Room cleaning was very good! The only good Very rude staff on the reception, not good explained on booking website so when we arrived we saw theee swimming pools..and we can use only one- without umrellas and very very small for the amount of people who were there.

The hotel is good and fair for the price. I really liked the variety of food available in the buffet and the drinks. The location is perfect! The rooms need a renovation, specially the bathrooms. The cleaning service was a bit poor, it seemed that they just make the beds and pass a mop on the floor. The bathtub was dirty. The air conditioner really needs maintenance, eventhough it was working, the smell coming from it was horrible, also it didn’t refresh the room properly. The staff was nice specially the staff at the bar at night, the rest maybe just need to smile more :)

Unfortunately, nothing. As everyone stated before me, there are different categories that nobody specified on booking.com. There are tables and facilities you cannot use, unless you pay more (I mention here the infinity pools and specific tables in the dining area). The first room I was put in was smelling like a public toilet and there were visible stains on the ceiling from the AC wich was actually not working. After many insistences, I was moved in another room where the smell wasn’t as bad, but the AC still didn’t work. I was given a ventilator to help me sleep during the night and imagine, this happened during the summer. I’m not going to mention how many times I asked when the AC is going to be fixed, because I would get the same answer “I don’t know”. The bathroom is very small. The internet in the room is execrable. The receptionists, apart from one, must improve their english. The food and the drinks are mediocre. In my first day I ordered a margherita pizza and all I received were 2 slices 5/5 cm which I cannot call pizza. If you want bottled water you have to pay, otherwise you have to always go to the bar to drink it. Only some cocktails are included in the all inclusive, for other you have to pay. Although it’s an all inclusive hotel, there are specific times when you can eat. The hotel doesn’t have their own beach at the sea. The employees are very cold and they never salute, even though you politely greeted them. I asked 3 times for an amenity kit, as my swimming shorts broke. I was promised that I will receive one in my room, but that never happened. All in all, the hotel experience was more stressful than relaxing.
