The room was not clean, and the staff were not professional, and if you see the reviews in the booking.com app, you will see all the reviews are from staff only, staff are very unprofessional, tap is not working, toilet comode was broken, washroom was not clean, ac was not working, if you inform them regarding this , they will not respond. Worst, not value for money

Room is good Very dirty bed sheets pillow cover everything is dirty and I told to that guy to Chang bed sheet he said they don’t have bed sheet and they change pillow covers but same like the first one..there is not towels nothing is there…
