Front of house at night is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Shower water did not drain away. There was a puddle of water when I arrived in the room.

A huge advantage was the free parking, which saved us from extra costs and hassle. Also, the reception staff was extremely kind, nice, and welcoming. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures on Booking, which were probably taken when it first opened, and they do not update their information. The room door did not close properly, leaving a gap the size of a finger between the door and the frame, so we could hear everything from the hallway. The shower was full of limescale, and the bathroom fan ran all night long. Furthermore, room cleaning is only done if you explicitly request it; otherwise, you get absolutely nothing. To make things worse, the parking lot looked terribly unkempt and full of weeds. There was even a car in the parking lot with people playing loud music and throwing a barbecue, and no action was taken. On top of the parking party, a building is being demolished very close to the hotel, and the construction workers start at 4:00 AM. If you want a relaxing holiday, avoid this hotel!

The staff ! I don’t want say names , but from the staff from breakfast or just quick talk they are always willing to help and very friendly.

Clean, quiet, just a bed, no frills. Bed was a bit hard, shower doesn't hold its temperature when someone else is taking one at the same time as you.
