I have no idea about their hotel because right before our trip, my best friend and I had an argument, and she went on the trip alone. I was just the one who planned it, but I'm sure their hotel was fine and nothing went wrong for them; otherwise, my friend would have definitely called me to fix it.

The location is great and the staff were super helpful and friendly! There was a fan in the room but no aircon - normally not a problem but it got a bit toasty in 30°C summer weather on the top floor
-
Very nice place, good distance from everything, clean rooms and bathrooms etc, comfortable beds. One thing is i would definitely recommend checking if you are booking shared bathroom or not we accidentally booked shared bathroom but it was still clean and comfortable. Stairs are so steep especially with a suitcase

The location was great Slightly overpriced for the twin room, it was very warm too with poor ventilation
-
- Great airflow with window open - the style is unique with all the musical equipment design, very thought out. - Comfortable beds - Location felt a little bit far from aspects of Amsterdam, like Central and Red light district but much quieter which is a bonus for some.

The location was terrific, very walkable to everything. The beds were also comfortable, and the river view was beautiful including the flower box right outside our window. The lobby staff I met on the first night (a guy with long hair) was extremely helpful and nice—a wonderful welcome. The extremely tight and narrow stairs are a bit of a hazard, especially for older adults and children, and suitcases are hard to maneuver up to the 3rd floor without an elevator. I’m used to tight Dutch stairwells but this was rather extreme. Also, the room is not air conditioned, which is usually not a problem, but we stayed in 80-90 degree heat so it made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Friendly staff The location was great, yet 25 minutes walk to the Central Station, but it is not the best option for families. Rooms are terribly hot, small and noisy. You feel that the tram is wandering in the room. Stairs are narrow and steep, hard task if you carry luggage. Mattresses are terribly uncomfortable.

Bar and Pool table. Beds weren’t very comfortable at all. Room was tiny.
