The staff were excellent…I had a few interactions with Seth and he is an exceptional asset to the hotel. A fabulous way to start the day with a variety of breakfast options and a great location. My bed was a little hard for me.

No connecting rooms! they say they do when you book (and I even called to confirm), but when you arrive they say they don’t have that at all, they only have adjacent rooms, but they do not connect. It made our stay as a family of 4 very uncomfortable.

Beautiful hotel and location was perfect The bathroom was dangerously small and slippery shower. The hot water handle didn’t work

Excellent location, well situated close to the attractions we were visiting. Conveniently close to public transport and restaurants. We had a great time and would certainly stay at this hotel next time we are in Amsterdam. The daily breakfast was lovely and the staff all very friendly and helpful.

Well located, close to the Rijks and other museums, very good Breakfast and room. Also friendly team. Stairs just at the entrance, with a big bag make it uneasy.

The location is good Very small room, uncomfortable bathroom. Definitely not worth what we paid for. On top, they charge 4 euros for a small bottle of water. Amsterdam is expensive but im sure there must be much better hotels than this for the same price.

The location is fantastic! It’s next to three major museums, all within a five to ten minute walk. It’s also next to a lot of great restaurants. I have nothing to complain about.

Great location! Central location go all must sees in Amsterdam. We walked everywhere we went from the hotel.

Very clean, great location. Responsive front desk. Nice shower. Housekeeping seemed stingy with supplies like soap and toilet paper and seemed to sabotage our cool room by opening a window and turning up the temperature, making it difficult to cool back down for good sleeping on a couple of nights. But supplies were provided when requested so we weren't handicapped for long. As we had two rooms, we found that one was considerably cooler than the other.
