Qbic Hotel Amsterdam WTC

Modern hotel conveniently located directly next to Amsterdam-Zuid station, only 10 minutes walk from Vrije Universiteit. Very friendly and helpful staff. The part where our rooms were, was next to a big construction site. Starting at 6:10am, there was unbearable permanent noise from drilling.

Great location near the train station

Staff was friendly. Free coffee, tea, water and soup. Room was clean and relatively modern. A/C didn't blow any air. Staff told me that is the way it works. During the heatwave the room was unbearable, 30°C+. I had to leave the door open to the hallway because it was the only way to cool down the room. I won't recommend staying there on hot days.

The location of the hotel is great, in Amsterdam Zuid where you can access trains, metros and buses. This is essentially a capsule hotel. Incredibly basic, breakfast very limited. But you can have complimentary soup all day (a bit weird but okay). It wasn't clean either, one morning I found a cockroach in my room. I would never stay here again.

Overall too expensive for a windowless room, bathroom without a proper door, not clean enough.

Location is very good , centrally. All serve you get is satisfied. Staffs are so helpful and kind. I will rent again if I come Amsterdam. Breakfast includes should be more

Their rooms are not well designed very limited furniture. They don’t give slippers to customers. It is a bit noisy because of the highway and road construction.

Very close to South station. Close to business district of Amsterdam. Dust on the floor and cleaning not done properly.

We forced to woke up at 07.00 because of the construction sound of up floors. They were doing some repair for an hour. What is sad about this, the reason of sound was them. Pillows were yellow color and they were smelling very bad. Room 102.

This hotel embraces green, conservation and nature. the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. they offer free coffee and snacks throughout the day and whaooooh, the rooms are greater than they appear in photos. Station Zuid is just 4 minutes walk and the location is great and secure. You can access shopping around etc nothing everything was great

The location and breakfast. The amenities in the room were limited. The design of the room was also a bit weird. The room was allotted in the Ground Floor adjacent to a workshop, just on the other side of the window, hence not a good allotment of room.

This is my second time in this hotel and it wouldn't be the last time. I love everything about the hotel. This time I stayed in room 421. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very, very lovely bathroom. The location of the hotel is excellent, just next to Amsterdam Zuid train/metro station. There is also a tram station there. The staff are professionals and polite. Diana is always ready to help whenever there is a request. Very professional, friendly, and polite. Tobias did quite well, too. Nothing. I love this hotel that’s why it’s my preferred hotel in Amsterdam

Location was great as well free soup and snacks. We get basic room and it was as expected "basic". Room was clean and pillows were good. Staff were friendly. Room was very cold and not cozy. There was no door in the shower and the floor of all the bathroom get wet. No slippers offered by hotel. Around 7-8 o'clock in the morning we heard drilling noise from upstairs and it wake us up on our last day of the visit. Drilling was going on maybe for 30 minutes with breaks between. There was only big and too bright lights in the room, not led light with the colour's as they promoted on the photos in booking.

Great location one train stop away from Schiphol Airport.

Great location, right next to the metro and 1 stop from the airport. Nice staff.

Location The board around the bed - it is very difficult to get in/out of the bed. No light switches near the bed - you have to climb out to turn on/off the lights. The light switch for the bathroom is behind the door, so you have to enter the room in the dark and search for the switch. There is a step into the bathroom - definitely a hazard. You can't mix the hot & cold taps - so you either scald or freeze your hands while washing. The shower leaks everywhere. Windows can not be opened. The decor is awful!
