I like the location the building the special amability of nearly all the staff and the restaurants The bathroom having the toilette with no place to wash your hands and having to cross the shower to do so or step outside and enter again, and the step to go to the toilet for me is dangerous. A special mention of one waiter in the breakfast we had on the first morning. My husband was asking for his coffee with hot milk and he didn’t like the one this waiter brought so he tried to explain that he wanted a stronger coffee and he was obviously struggling in his poor english. This waiter never said he knew Spanish and asked if he wanted an espresso, to which my husband said yes something that tastes stronger, simply remember this was breakfast and he had clearly asked for coffee with hot milk. He came back qith a tiny cup of coffee to which my husband said “no please I want a big cup to have coffee with milk but more coffee”. The waiter made a face as if he felt bothered only spoke in English and then sent a large cup of coffee with a waitress. Some minutes later another person at at the table next to us and this waiter talked to him in perfect Spanish. We were amazed and felt very disgusted and angry because he obviously new that my husband doesn’t speak good English he heard us speaking Spanish and never offered to talk in Spanish to understand what kind of coffee he wanted. The following morning he had his free day so we were happy no to see him but I asjked what his name is to be able to give my negative opinion on such a lack of consideration such a desagreable man. We were in Europe 20 days in different countries and hotels. We never had a problem with anyone. In this hotel every person in reception the other waiters like the italian young waiter at night who was so nice and the man whom we had to make the reservations, all very nice people. Only this waiter Diego from Colombia I hope he gets reprehended as he is treating with clients and he should have a more respectful way of treating tourists.

Center of everything. You can walk to all of the places, no need taxi

Extraordinary hotel experience, beautiful architecture, gorgeous room, great amenities including the spa and the restaurant was perfect, an extra mention for Brandon our waiter at oriole garden bistro who went above and beyond to make sure we had a blessed time. the room was clean and comfortable spacious and the bed was really comfortable i like the location it's in the center but still you can sleep without any noise from the streets outside i like the old vibes in the hotel the doors and the building itself great location for pictures

The location is amazing. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is really so helpful and professional. We want to mention Diego who took care of us for their amazing breakfast. Don't miss it! Paul, Hugo from Oreoles, great restaurant, Val from the Flying Dutchman What a classy place. Would have liked a USB plug in the room.

Location Gym is really bad Spa is not at the level of such a hotel Room are small and finition not so good

Stayed in a larger jr suite which was very spacious like an apartment which was great although the furnishings looked a bit older and carpeting etc looked worn. Bed was really comfy. Very near the red light district so felt like a bit dirtier area, more run down, trash on streets etc Kind of dark and dingy and canal view we had , had no boat traffic allowed, it was all blocked off

Great location, staff and breakfast. We stayed only for the weekend to celebrate my son’s birthday and they made it very special for us, many thanks for the gorgeous birthday cake! None

The staff (concierge, not housekeeping) were incredibly helpful. The waitstaff were also great. The bed was made up in a way that created a huge lump running down the middle from head to toe, effectively dividing the bed in two. Also, we seemed to have two housekeeping teams—an A team, and a “not A” team. One left extra towels at our request, the other took them away. One replaced dirty glasses, the other did not.
