Nice room, friendly staff and good facilities. The current road construction set to last until end of 2026 hampers accessibility and dampens what could have been an excellent stay.

I loved the property. Everything was well decorated, clean and had a lot of character I didn’t love that they didn’t automatically clean our room every day. Also the construction is very inconvenient which is not the hotels fault

Very clean, nice lovely rooms, friendly staff. The room was tasteful decorated. There wasn’t a problem with the property per se, but the street in front of the hotel is under complete reconstruction. That makes the acces by car or on foot slightly problematic. Otherwise everything was on a very high level

The hotel itself was beautiful with many original architectural details and the staff were warm and helpful, going above and beyond. The bedroom was quiet and the beds exceptionally comfortable. It was one of the best night’s sleep on our travels!

Wonderful staff (special mention to Demitri), a stylish, welcoming interior, fantastic breakfasts and an excellent Italian restaurant. It was the perfect base for exploring Amsterdam.

Incredibly friendly anf helpful staff! The rooms were also amazing, high ceilings and very clean The only thing we did not apappreciate was the fact that our balcony was shared with other rooms, it would have been good to know in advance ro request another room with an individual balcony.

Beautiful property, with a strong aesthetic sensibility. The family room was spacious and comfortable. - we had bugs in our room every single day - from bees to wasps and had to get the staff come over at night to remove a large wasp from the room. - the bathroom had a faint, unpleasant smell on day one which went away by the 2nd day. - currently the location is problematic with massive roadworks ongoing which blocks the entire steeet
