The location was convenient and the check-in process was straightforward. Communication from the host was polite and generally responsive when I raised issues. The bedding had visible stains upon arrival, and the bathroom radiator did not work, leaving towels damp for most of my stay. Housekeeping response was slow, and promised towel replacements and repairs were not completed.

Location Ridiculously high set of stairs. It was almost impossible to take all the luggage up and down. Room is extremely small for 2 people with luggage

Everything! Nothing

The room was nice looking and clean. Everything worked well. The location was great and super easy to get to. There is an abundance of food options all around. The rooms were very nice. There is a bar directly across the street. They had people outside smoking and being very loud until 4-5 AM nightly. This is not the hotels fault. The bar could use to do better asking their patrons to be better behaved as they stand outside. I had the room facing the street and assume that made it worse.

There was no steamer/iron in the room, no towel service despite staying for 5 nights, the shower is very small and floods the bathroom floor.

The room was cute and modern. The AC kept us cool during the entirety of our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we loved the bathroom! The location was absolutely perfect for us. It was central and easy to find. The check in process was also seamless and the staff was proactive and very responsive. The room dimensions were very small and it was difficult to store our two very large travel duffles. If you just had a carryon, it would have been perfect. The stairs are steep but we got the hang of it after one day.

Location was so close to many great restaurants, cafes and busy areas. No housekeeping my last two days and I ran out of toilet paper.

Clean You must be very careful with the rooms. Having stayed here previously we stayed in what is considered a “bigger” room. This second time we stayed in another room which was not a room for two people. For example a carry on suitcase could not properly open in the space between the bed and the table and the hallway was so small shoes needed to be placed vertically. Like this place was laughably small. Also there’s nowhere to place your bags if you check out and have a later flight. If you’re here with a backpack it’s a great spot and everything is clean. Otherwise spend the extra 100 eur a night and get a real hotel in the area

Clean, modern rooms and very close to city center. Online check-in and entry via codes is also very convenient.

Location was great. Room was updated and clean . Room (#103) was very small. Barely enough room to put down our suitcases. We stayed 6 nights but only one bath towel per person was provided for the entire time.
