Staff was super friendly and the location was perfect. The cleanliness could have been better because there was dust everywhere.

The window was amazing in this room, the room itself was extremely spacious, the breakfast was excellent, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for being close to walk everywhere but also secluded enough to be quiet. The only complaint I have is the bed was too firm. Otherwise, 9 out of 10 would stay again.

Nice location, centrally located and within walking distance to a lot (M train station, Heineken building, Van Gogh Museum, daily market, numerous restaurants, Anne Frank House - though this walk is a bit of a distance, etc.). The rooms are very spacious, and they have wide windows. You get a great view of the canal with the higher floors (I could see the Heineken building logo from the 4th floor]. The rooms are modern and they use high end products in the bathroom. Robes are offered, but no slippers. They have ample lobby spacing to relax and the ambience is nice. There is also an inner courtyard for dining or relaxing. Breakfast is offered - whether it’s included or paid depends on your reservation. Unfortunately, I did not use all of their amenities, like the gym. You get a drink voucher for every day you do not use housekeeping. The balcony window was very difficult to open. I was only able to open 1 side. The keycard deactivated on me.

The location is perfect. Not too busy but still close to the center by walking or metro train. The room was big enough and clean. The staff is nice and helpful The price is too high

The location is amazing.. We had a very comfortable stay with the view, the width of the rooms, breakfast and snack varieties, proximity to the high-star restaurants and cafes around and walking distance to the museums. Thank you for everything.
