The house is adequate. near the noord stop and in a quiet neighborhood outside the center. They had tea and a kettle. I was woken up two separate days at 6 in the morning to the host screaming at the top of his lungs at the wife. Lasted about 15 minutes each time. Figured it wasn't my business so drowned it out with headphones - I made sure not to spend too much time in the house. After my stay, I texted him asking if he had seen a gift for my brother which I potentially forgot in the apartment, he avoided the question and instead took the opportunity to accuse me of being a "drug addict" that left a "pink pill" under a chair I allegedly "destroyed" in the room. No clue what he was saying on any front. An odd man unfit for hosting his home.

The house is located in a residential area, so it was really quiet but not far from the metro station (15 min walk). Our hosts were really nice, and there were also cute cats in the house :)

Hosts are amazing! Friendly and welcoming. Room is small but clean and really comfortable, bathroom is also clean and pretty big. Breakfast that they cook is the best! This place feels like home! And also the neighbourhood is nice! Everything was good!

Everything was fantastic, 10-minute walk from the Metro and a five-minute ride to the centre of the city Nothing.

Breakfasts were very good indeed The TV had not been checked to accommodate English people that wanted to view important football games.

The location was very good and the bedroom was Ok. The property wasn’t good and very messy .

Excellent breakfast. Great host. Close to the metro station with easy access to the center of the city. Free parking space included which is a money saver as parking is payable 24/7 in Amsterdam and at least €1,80/h up to €9/h. Not a minus for us but a thing to keep into account: cats present and one is very affectionate. We loved it but if you're not a cat lover this might be an issue.

We were there for two nights. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, everything was very clean and the landlord was very kind. The parking lot was for free. Reserve in advance. Visible cleaning products in the stairwell.
