The location is quite central and convenient for getting around Amsterdam. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star property. The cleanliness was very poor. Even with daily housekeeping, the room was not properly cleaned and the towels were not regularly replaced. I also had a very unpleasant experience with a receptionist. I initially gave her the wrong room number when asking for a replacement key card. When I realized my mistake and corrected the room number, she became visibly annoyed and threw the key card towards me instead of handing it to me properly. I found this behavior extremely rude and unprofessional. The surrounding area also has many bars and nightlife venues, including around the hotel, so in my opinion it may not be the most suitable location for Arab families looking for a quieter, more family-friendly environment.
