Location Long wait at the reception for check in and I even had to queue up again just to change the key as it did not work and the self service machines don’t work and it asks you to go to the reception

The location was perfect- one stop on the train to Central Station. From Airport to Hotel was less than 20 minutes, and it couldn’t have been easier. The staff were fantastic, friendly and welcoming. From the reception staff (Ryan and Naomi) who checked us in to the housekeeper who was so polite and friendly. The reception team helped us check in, offered travel advice and were very personable. This was a perfect stay- the only down side (if I had to pick one) is that our rooms were not next door to one another, and as a family of 7 we had to walk a short distance from our triple room to the other room- which would have been perfect if they offered us two adjacent rooms. This isn’t a major issue for us with older teenagers it may be an issue for those with many younger children- this was not an issue for us as we split the rooms to suit us.

Very modern hotel with excellent facilities. Front staff upgraded my room to 8th floor.. Very neat & clean rooms. Very limited dine in facilities. All supermarkets at a distance of 500 Metres.
