Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. The complimentary hot drinks all day was a real bonus. The hotel would benefit from air con. My room in the roof was unbearably hot. There were fans but didn't really help. The hotel can't help the weather!

Breakfast was excellent, prepared to your order. It is served in a large front room.! Manager, Mike, was very knowledgeable not only about the usual tourist sites, but also about more obscure museums and exhibitions, some of which were off the beaten track. Accommodations were spaciousm clean, and quiet. Tiny outdoor seating area attached to room is open to elements including birds. Not always pleasant to use.

Staff were very friendly and location was great Would book a larger room if I was to stay again. Recommend a small suitcase for the stairs.

Cold air conditioning would've been great as we were on the top floor in summer, and it got very hot despite having a couple of fans.

The location is good just few steps from the Tram going to the center. Not bad for the price We just had a problem with the shower room because when we arrived we wanted to take a bath and when i did, the water wa stucked so my daughter didn't took her bath before sleeping and the same the following morning we waited for the water to go down after i used so my daugjter can take a bath

Overall, due to the high prices in the Netherlands, the hotel was a bit expensive, but it could be booked at a more reasonable price with early reservation.
