As we got up to our room, it was SUPER STUFFY and HOT. 1 of the television wasn’t working because 1 of the remote was missing, hair strands on the walls, dirty floor and restroom. 2 towels for 4 adults??? So I then called front desk, with my own cellphone because they didn’t have one. I asked if he could have one of the workers bring me up 2 extra towels, he tells me I can ask the maid outside working, OK! I walk outside looking for one of the maid. I walked up to her and ask if she has 2 clean towels , she didn’t speak or understand well English, but she did tell reply back Laundromat. So, I’m getting frustrated at this point, then went back to the front desk telling him about the situation again, He then tells me- you can grab them at the laundromat and points to the direction…… YES I had to go and grab them myself. Horrible, this place looks nothing like what it shows. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

Probably the worst place to stay to date. Place was filled with roaches up and down the walls. All our stuff had roaches crawling on them. We stayed only through the night as we were gone in the morning. I have so much proof of this disgusting place, was refused a refund, there was no extra rooms. I would never eve recommend this place to anyone.

Both rooms I was offered #120 and #125 had excessive amount of mold. Mold in the shower, all around the tub and mold on the walls. Vanity in bathroom was peeling. Bad smell in sitting area. Walls in the bedroom were damaged. The door to the room did not shut, not safe at all. The door itself was damaged/paint peeling. When asked for a refund I was offered another room in the same conditions. Worst experience ever!!!

You need to request house keeping over all it was ok. NO bed bugs however tiny cockroaches

Not only was the room dirty. The door knob are falling off the pool. Disgusting. The staff, not very friendly and they were cockroaches all over the room, mold in the toilet sink was dirty. When we checked in there was slices of lemon on the sink. Honestly if I can give it a zero stars, I would.

Staff was friendly enough, didn't really talk or explain much. Toilet was a bit funky but overall everything worked was clean and served it's purpose.

Do not stay in this place.. the pictures are lying!!!!!! Horrible place.. I booked a family suite.. guy in the front office got upset cause I ask for 2 more blankets, because we planned to use the sofa bed.. absolutely no hot water for the shower, only the cold water work on the sink.. AVOID AVOID this place.. the person in the front office had a attitude when I brought up this concerns..

This property is absolutely horrifying and looks nothing like the pictures. There are live cockroaches, room was filthy. Balcony areas are rusted and damaged. We walked in and immediately left. Front office offered another room, it was worse than the first. Location also does not feel safe.

Awful exterior property in the middle of a ghetto, room was infested with roaches, dead bolt was broken on door.

Horrible service, place was dirty and had so many cockroaches, staff horrible didn’t help out at all. Very rude was coming from 10 hours away and they would not give me my room mind you it was 3 am, they didn’t want to resolve anything had to go through Expedia

Room looked clean at first glance but couch was filthy when you look closely, had crumbs all over it. I refused to sit on it. Rooms had a weird smell too, had to light a candle.. Bed sheets looked clean but i don’t think they switched them. Restoom was filthy as well and had baby roaches. To be a Inn service and close to Disneyland I expected way more. Worst room I’ve probably ever stayed in sadly. Not even in Mexico the rooms are this dirty, disgusting. Never again will i book a room here.

Está súper sucio , descuidado no quieren prestar toallas ni sábanas , no quisieron hacer limpieza descuidado la habitación las cobijas limpias llenas de cabello terrible experiencia jamás volvería y no lo recomiendo

Un hotel excelente lo recomiendo muy buenas instalaciones y excelentes habitaciones me enamore de el y cerca de Disney y de restaurantes y centros comerciales, excelente

The room was not clean, the floor was uneven, there were large gaps around the door, and the vanity cabinet had severe water damage. It was obvious they had painted recently as they left the tape covering the light in the shower and there was paint dry fall all over the floor.
