Dirty rooms. Walls falling apart. Cockroaches killers all over the room on the floors along the walls. Domestic violence on this room, holes in the walls, cracked sinks and toilet bowls, no hot water in the shower. No amenities. Works if you just need a stop for one night, because there’s worse but not worth it if you actually have to stay in the room during the day.

The reception was helpful. Not the best looking place. Furniture is not the best either. Asked for some towels the next day never received. Overall a good place.

No shower curtain and no towels

Room looked absolutely nothing like the photos provided, there were roaches crawling on floor in bathroom and water did not get warm. The front door handle was broken and the door wouldn’t seal all the way. There was hair left in bathroom and shower had not been cleaned. We were not provided with any towels.

The room was very clean. However, there were no towels in the room. The facility does not have an ice machine. I guess it was fine to just sleep, the beds were comfortable.

La peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida en tantos hoteles que he visitado. Nunca más me hospedaría en ese cochinero me sentí muy muy mal ahí todo estaba sucio el piso la cama los baños los sofá ni siquiera te podías sentar en ellos los baños no descargaban la suciedad era tan grande que no sé cómo me pude quedar esos 3 días. Fue horrible horrible no lo recomiendo para nada y menos si van con niños. Tengo fotos de la habitación parecia que no la limpiaban en meses

Overall it’s not the fanciest but it’s decent and clean.

The exhaust fan is too loud. The bathroom is too old. The area is big .

The vanity in the bathroom was rotting wood due to the shower and moisture which was a huge concern- we couldn't access the hair blow dryer because the drawer holding it was impacted by the rot. Fortunately but unfortunately, we only used the room for sleep and getting ready but it was disappointing for us to be excited to leave and dreading coming back for the night to rest knowing there were roaches in the room. Not sure if we would book again transparently, but the price was pretty good for the length of stay and what we needed. We would though, pay more for a better place and cleaner room and peace of mind of no roaches.

I would avoid if possible. Pictures are out of date and the property needs a bunch of updates.

The room itself was decent however the door seemed like it wouldn’t close all the way, which it did but still a bit loose . There was many stores nearby which wag a plus and only 15 minutes away from Disney

smell awful. found a big cockroach AC not working staff not accommodating would not answer phone for refund did not stay the night. right when we got to the room. we left immediately. terrible terrible TERRIBLE

Front office was never open and couldnt get guy ro come out to put us in different room or give us more blankets. Bathroom faucet cold water didnt work at all. Big hole in wall in bathroom and they tried to hide it w a piece of plastic just propped up. Bathtub didnt drain. Before we checked in I tried calling to let them know what time we would be there and left message no response. Guy was rude to us when we got there. No ice machine but says there was. Really bad experience. Used clothes in the pull out bed

Not enough parking spaces. No hairdryer, must walk to office to ask for one. No phone to call.

Room was very dirty, needs to be updated big time.Tub and one of the beds had hair from previous people.

It was false advertising, there was no pool nor microwave in the room.

We checked in pretty late at night because we were at Disneyland and it was easy we got our key card right away. The room itself was a nice size 2 beds I got 125. It was clean and not noisy at all easy to get to from the park and lots of places to eat around.

Lo recomiendo si van con niños y no quieren gastar mucho y dormir Bien.
