room was not properly cleaned. There was food still inside my fridge. Towels were grey. There was a locked door in my room which made me feel super uncomfortable and unsafe I did not end up sleeping in my room.

The staff was disrespectful

I didn't like any of stay place infested with roaches non working fridge and bathroom open had to be left open would not lock The whole place was a nite mare

The first room had roaches I requested a difent room the refrigerator was noisy making a rumble sound all day and knights. Location.

Th Manager is so Rude and they stolen 2 times a deposit

The staff is rude the lady in the front is just such a mean hearted person

The staff was so rude. Forget the price it was honestly the staff that ruined my time there . Customer service is a word missing from their dictionary.

The frontdesk person super rude. The frontdesk person super rude, no parking, they are using the parking lot as EV charging station but want me to pay extra for parking, I don’t even get the key to the room. They charge me but I don’t even get the key. SMH.

The owner did not want to print me out a receipt with the price of the room that I paid for , he gave me a receipt with no amount , I needed the receipt for work reimbursement he didn’t help me at all, he refused , this was a work trip

The person in the recepción gave to me a bill $100 fake

I like the place and the people running it. I don't like the way the government is covering up crimes. But that has nothing to do with best budget

Staff was nice got to my room and there was a bed bug on my pillow got a second room and there were bed bugs on both of the beds in the upgraded room

NA I thought it was odd that I could pay for my room worth my card but they wanted the $100 deposit in cash and I learned why. I was exhausted after driving all day so I checked in and went to bed after setting my alarm for 11 am the next morning. I was under the impression that check out was at noon and the front desk waited until 1140 to inform me that check out was at 11. The woman at the front desk never told me this the night before. After informing me, I took no more than 3 minutes to vacate the room and the man at the front desk refused to give me my$100 even though no one told me the 11am check out time and they waited until 1140 to tell me I was overdue. I believe they would have come up with another reason to not give me the $100 regardless. It's an absolute racket and I'm positive the owner is unaware that they are requiring the deposit in cash so they can pocket it. I can't tell you what a bad taste this experience left in my mouth. I couldn't afford to "gift" them $100 for the 43 minutes I was overdue. The room was 64 for the night and $100 for 43 minutes. These people are thieves.
