The room was musty and had a stale odor. It triggered allergies to an uncomfortable level. The rest was fine.

The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our stay was the staff. The only staff member who was consistently friendly and pleasant was the younger shuttle driver. He was very kind and provided excellent customer service. On the other hand, the older gentleman working at the hotel was rude on multiple occasions. After a long day at Disneyland, I sat by the pool to eat while my kids played. I honestly did not notice the signs stating that food was not allowed in the pool area, as this has never been an issue at other hotels I have stayed at. When I was informed of the rule, I immediately apologized and put my food away. However, the older gentleman responded by asking if I was unable to read the signs. While I understand that I was in the wrong and should have noticed the rules, I was genuinely exhausted and felt his response was unnecessarily rude. I also had an unpleasant interaction with housekeeping when I asked for extra towels. The staff member was rude, which honestly made me hesitant to use the towels I had because I did not want

Everything went well. Parking was a little hard to find if you got back late.
-
Walking distance to park - best part of the stay. They offer a showing very limited times. A little dirty, but staff was very kind

Can’t beat the free parking and the easy walk to Disneyland.
-
The room had a bad mildew musty smell.
-
Great location and hot tub. The shuttle to the park didn’t come at convenient times so it was better to walk. There were ants in our room and despite telling the staff they didn’t do anything about it.
-
Overall it was good. The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean, the shuttle to the park worked out really well. It was a really decent place.
-
Room was clean and very close to Disneyland. The free shuttle to and from Disneyland was amazing! Our girls enjoyed the pool. It was a nice stay.
-
Free parking, free shuttle, and helpful staff.
-
Location, free shuttle Front desk staff wasn’t very nice and the older man driver was rude. Even though we started it was really hot in the shuttle he refused to turn the A/C up from the lowest setting.

Our Toilet kept plugging up. And we had Ants around our sink and counter top. We told management, but we had this situation for Three days. Will never stay there again.
-
Parking was horrible. Outside noise was out of control. Front desk were moody and completely useless.

Very good location to the Disney parks. They offer a shuttle but they never had space for our party as they can only transport 13 people so we had to uber to the park every morning. The rooms are a good size and our party of 4 never felt crowded. The breakfast in the mornings is decent. We had to move rooms at 11 pm our first night there because the room they originally gave us had an extremely strong smell of urine. The second room was much better but the room smelled of mold. The rooms were very old and while housekeeping did a good job cleaning them you could tell that they needed a deeper clean. The carpets in both our rooms had stains and looked dirty. We had to walk around the rooms with our shoes.

I enjoyed the convenience of being close to Disneyland and also the breakfast was a nice touch for my little one to have something to eat before heading to the park I did not like the smell of the room it had a weird smell coming from the air conditioner the bed was extremely hard it was very uncomfortable to sleep on and there were a few ants around the sink

Overall, this property is acceptable for very short stays when you just need a place to sleep and shower, but it does not offer the level of comfort or amenities of a resort or extended stay hotel.

Very good

Breakfast had old bananas, bread, cereal and water down coffee. The front desk sells breakfast sandwiches but the price is unknown. They only charge to the room. The Disney shuttle was also useless and you’re better walking 25 minutes or getting an uber/lift. The night guy at the front desk doesn’t speak English and only repeats two words “no and don’t know”… They know they get Disney visitors and don’t care for repeating customers.

It's not a Hilton, but I'd stay here again for the closeness to the park and it's mostly clean. We didn't use the pool or the hot tub but others were and seemed to be having fun.
