Customer service was amazing! Double their rate, great work deserves to be rewarded :)

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and filling with many options. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Parking was open and there was alot of it.

Called to inform hotel of ETA which was going to be early the next day. Hotel desk took note and then upon arrival was informed of a late charge because did not check in before midnight. Even though a call was made, the hotel has double charged, once via Expedia and 2nd at time of arrival. This is not right by the hotel!

Che ck in was smooth. Small things like the buttons for front desk etc. on the phone did not work. Overall very pleased

It was really weird that the hotel fridge didn't have a little freezer section in it. The hot tub was also not working properly which was a disappointment.

The breakfast was amazing, the area was safe and near Disneyland, plenty of parking, spa, pool and gym area were very nice. Overall loved and enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is in a busy area and run down. While checking in I wasn’t sure I wanted to stay there but we were traveling with friends and arrived first so I completed the check in. However when I got to the room the carpet looked worn and somewhat dirty. I took a look at the bed and at first glance it appeared clean. But then I noticed two black insects crawling. They weren’t bed bugs but tiny with wings. And hair strands on the white coverlet. I took a video and showed to the receptionist and checked out with a full refund! For 4 tired travelers this was a very bad experience.

Quiet and clean. The AC unit needs replaced. Sometimes smell was of smoke or mold? Temperature was hard to regulate. Local TV channels weren't available. Breakfast was OK. 1st night we had to ask for towels. Staff was pleasant.

Close to the restaurants and shops. Too close to freeway so noise is a issue.

Easy access Nothing

That the rooms weren't cleaned every day. They were cleaned every other day. Check in took a long time even with one person being in line. This is not close to disneyland as for as walking distance. I feel the value was not there for what you got.
