Breakfast good, parking $25 nightly. Clean and comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was SO comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is close enough to walk to Disneyland but I would recommend a LYFT. My only complaint is that the bathroom did not have any hooks to hang the wet towels. We ended up hanging the towels on hangers in the closet.

The room met our needs. Our bathroom light was broken and strobed the entire time. Our thermostat couldn't be adjusted up.or down. It was stuck at 72. The elevators have seen better days. One actually malfunctioned while we were there with guests trapped inside and emergency crews there. The staff at the front desk were absolutely AMAZING. They were very kind and welcoming. We weren't spending a lot of time in the room, so I didn't feel the need change rooms or complain a bunch. We stayed there 3 nights for our Disneyland trip. I needed a full size fridge and a stove traveling with teenagers. It was within walking distance of Downtown Disney and we used uber to and from the park on our reservation dates. I think it probably should have been slightly less expensive with all things considered, but it was good enough. Oh, I think the 25$ charge to park in the hotels parking garage is ridiculous. There is literally nowhere else to park.

We arrived at the hotel to find that they had overbooked and our reserved room was not available. They offered us a different room and gave us a refund on our deposit, but still charged us the room cost. Unfortunately the room they gave us was missing its couch, which we needed for an extra bed. When we called the front desk they said the best they could do is give us another room in another part of the hotel. Not something we wanted to do. Luckily it was a one night stay and we were on our way to our final destination in the morning. Pretty disappointed in this hotel. It was clean but very run down and in need of an update.

I tried to get them to add our stay to my husbands IHG account and the front desk man told us he couldn’t do anything for us. There however was one super friendly front desk lady who made my daughter feel super special for her birthday. That is the ONLY good thing that came out of our stay there for

The overall stay was not bad, however the stated walking distance to Disneyland was not as stated. It was well over 30 minutes to the back entrance. Taking a Uber to the main entrance was only $15.00 which saved a lot of walking time (especially if you are older or have younger children). There was a gas leak in a close area to the hotel which resulted in the gas being shut off to the boiler, which resulted in cold shower's for two days. The main elevator was quite noisy and shook when starting and stopping throughout our early stay. The elevator ended up breaking down with a couple of people trapped inside. At the time of our departure it was still not fixed (however people were rescued), which resulted in a lot of stair climbing, and access to the main lobby was less than convenient. Also no access to the basement where the laundry facilities were available with the elevator down.

The elevators stopped working and the only way to get to the lobby was to take the stairs that led outside, then walk around to the front of the property and go in the hotel’s main doors—it was SUPER inconvenient. Everything just generally felt dirty and unclean, and not updated.

Always good especially onarrival. Staff there is always great. Only thing the elevator kept going down but they had guys there to fix it. This is my second time staying there that every time we come and I'm going to stay at the same Hotel. I highly recommend it if you're going to be in Anaheim area.

It was ok ..

We chose this hotel because of the suite style rooms. I booked a 1 bedroom suite for my family and a 2nd room with 1 king bed for my parents who were also with us. Our room was clean but the 2nd room had a VERY strong food smell!! The sink & shower was backing up. The hotel did accommodate a room change. The new room had a musty old smell. But we made it work. The showers were scalding hot! No option for cold. There is only one elevator in the lobby and the first night it was out of order so we had to go outside the hotel to get to the stairs to go up. The elevator was slow, stopped on every floor. The last night we were the elevator actually broke and fell through the wall where a man was trapped inside! It was chaos! The staff was friendly, but this hotel needs a lot of work. We will not be staying here again.

loud noises and finally on our last nights stay, the elevator came crashing down and partially came through the exterior of the building where debris came crashing down. There was only one staff member to help with the chaotic situation. Members of our party were trying to force open the elevator, calling 911 from behind the desk. The emergency personnel came and took about an hour to get the man stuck in there. It was extremely traumatic for our boys. Many crying and scared to death. There were no signs put up notifying other guests that the elevator was down. The manager was very unprofessional once he finally arrived. There were no inspections in the elevator with pass dates, etc. While being forced to use the stairs at checkout there was garbage all over with moldy food, meaning no one has checked those areas in days. Overall a horrible experience .

Our whole day with you guys was truly amazing and we look forward to visiting again.

We booked two queens and a pull out mattress and the pull out was broken, we got moved and the next one was broken. Each room had a film of dust of items you can tell that haven’t been touched. We have always stayed here and this time around the experience was not up to their usual par.

Ms Irene at the reception desk though is outstanding welcoming and lending help with our concerns and very professional and polite.

The person at the lobby was not to helpful the breakfast was really good bat one the girls never smiled looks to mi that she was not wants to be there everything else was very good

The next morning before leaving, we went to lock up our valuables in the advertised safe and the lock on it was broken, then we went downstairs and the pool had been drained, it was one thing out of order after another. We had no hot water until we were almost 24 hrs in to our stay, traveling in the car for 8 hours and then going to Disney the next day with no shower was disgusting to say the least. When checking out, the attendant at the front desk was less than kind and helpful and told me to take up my issues with Expedia so here I am. I believe we should receive some sort of compensation for this fiasco we endured during our family trip. This hotel needs many repairs and is selling rooms that are not operational. Please contact me with a resolution.

Great room. Need a little updating. But very comfortable. Friendly staff. Had shampoo and body wash just not my kind but available. Will stay again if needed.
