A little tricky to spot, but truly a phenomenal spot.

The breakfast was fine, however it was not the cleanest. Flies are all over the food exposed on the table for the guests to avail of. The room has very tight space, only one person can move around at any given time. The washroom is not very clean, there is a plastic storage shelf which the owner perhaps bought from Ikea that is dusty. The toilet papers are stored here. There is also a plastic clothes hanger where people normally clip their undies to wash and hang dry. The clips are dirty and broken. The windows do not have protective screens and do not latch if you open or close them for both the washroom and the room. The cleaner left it open and the insects come inside the room and food in the main dining room. The headboard is also very dusty. There are two pillows per person. There is no place to hang your clothes on the wall but only a few hangers on the metal shelf that is too high for the average person to reach for. The owner charged fifty cents for one water bottle which does not make sense as it is a Bed and Breakfast where one would normally have water alongside the food for the breakfast. Outside the room, there is a common eating area that is so tight that you would not able to pass by with your luggage if there are other people sitting on the dining table. If you wish to sleep in the morning, it would be impossible as the other guests are very noisy and you can hear their voices inside your room. When I say noisy, the level is not tolerable. The owner is not very accommodating save for a handshake. The place is on the third floor and there is an elevator on the way up as well as the stairs. There is a key to the building, the B and B and the room itself. The owner took photos of our identification cards (he asked for our passports initially), and to me this is not secure and polite. He can easily text or share it with anyone. It is not professional and respectful of handling confidential information. The owner took a photo of the ID cards of each one of us. That is not a secure place to store personal information as it can be easily shared and it is disgusting and rude. He should have asked us if it is ok to take a photo of our IDs. It is a very weird practice and not every cellphone is secure.

Nice large room with a double and single bed with a large bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. Our host was extremely friendly and provided a delicious breakfast including an assortment of meats, bread, fruit, yogurt, homemade jams and cake and really good cappuccino. Nothing to complain about the room itself but it is very noisy with the windows open due to the proximity of the busy road and train track. However most of the noise was blocked out with the windows closed and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool.

Breakfast. Not what we expected as a B&B, basically an apartment converted into 3 studios.

Great little place with a lovely view of the sea. Nice little bar within walking distance too. ?

The room was big and nice, we had enough space for 3 adults. The beds were clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and friendly hosts. We enjoyed our stay!

I had an appointment the day I checked in and, as I was a little late, Pedro offered to take me there to get in time. He also drove me to the train station the day I checked out. I would definitely stay with them again, thanks a lot!?? Everything was perfect!

The accommodation is easily accessible. Nice spacious room and bathroom, everything was perfectly clean. The hostess prepared a delicious breakfast. There is a large free parking lot next to the house. The center of Ancona is 10 minutes away by car. I recommend to everyone!

The property itself was in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and with great ocean views. The owners and staff were lovely and very welcoming. They let us leave our bags early before check in, even offering us coffee. Every was super clean and we woke up to an incredible breakfast with home made sweets. We loved everything about the property itself, the only down fall is the town itself as it’s quite bare. Although it was only 10-15 drive from Ancona.

The hospitality, the location and the view. We shared a stunning kitchen and were served a great breakfast in the morning. Restaurants, Pubs and Supermarket are all within one street block. We appreciated the safe off-street parking. The passing train was quite noisy at times. The mattress was very soft.
