We stayed at D'AGO48 for five nights. The host and his wife are wonderful people. They treated us like family. The property is beautifully located on a hill overlooking Ancona and the Adriatic sea. Every morning, we were served an amazing breakfast on the patio. The hosts had time for us, made us feel at home, and were happy to answer our questions. We learned a lot about the geography, history and culture of the area. The host gave us several informative brochures, shared day trip ideas, and gave us local restaurant recommendations. We visited many interesting local sights and made many great memories during our stay in Ancona. The room had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We appreciated fresh drinking water refilled every day in our room. An added bonus was a friendly dog and cat on property. Definitely one of the top places we have ever stayed at during our travels. Everything was perfect.

The host was a true gentleman, felt like staying with family. Unbelievable hospitality. Italian breakfast was off the charts, coffee was delicious, the view was breathtaking, rooms are incredible and clean. Lovely pets were a good company as well. If ever returning to Ancona, i would not hesitate to come here again, even for longer stays. Fell in love at first sight. Simply amazing. Thank you for such an amazing experience <3

Train from Ancona heading to Rome. We are leaving this beautiful, ancient, and refreshingly unpretentious city, filled with wonderful memories and the hope that life’s road will bring us back here again. The scent of the most beautiful flowers, the sea air, a gentle breeze, and the powerful voices of a men's choir echoing through the shaded Piazza Plebiscito—these will allow both your body and soul to relax. So if you find yourself in this part of the world, do not miss Ancona. And if you're in Ancona, don’t miss the opportunity to be hosted by the “Italian prince” in a three-hundred-year-old house perched atop Monte D’Ago. Surrounded by a lush garden, you’ll wake to birdsong and a light breeze entering your room with the first rays of sunlight filtering through ancient olive trees. The furnishings carry a subtle scent of lavender, and the spacious bathroom completes the serene atmosphere. Though an air conditioner is available, we didn’t need it—even with 35°C in the city, the room remained perfectly comfortable. If you have a packed schedule in Ancona, don’t rush your morning. Leave at least 45 minutes for breakfast. It is served in the garden, with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea, on a damask-covered table set with discreet but elegant china. Your host, Signore Oberdan, with his impeccable style, will anticipate your every need and make your stay truly unforgettable. N/A

D’AGO48 is the best B&B ever. The host is amiable and helps you in every possible way. My wife and I stayed five days, and the service was so good. My wife stayed at the hotel mostly for that five days as I came to Ancona for work (From D’AGO48, you can walk to the polytechnic university of the Marche). You can see the Ancona city and harbour from the garden. Simply the view is amazing. I rate it 10/10 because they really do deserve it. The room and the bathroom are clean, and everything is in order. If your stay is over a day, they clean all the rooms daily and change the linen. You can have breakfast outdoors in the summer. Friendly dog Fred is also excellent and well-trained.

This is my favorite place I have stayed on my month long Italy trip. The home is beautiful and well located to explore the Marche region. However, the highlight of this stay was the host Oberdon. As a young solo traveller, Oberdon made me feel like I was at home my entire stay. He is the best host I have ever had and I hope that one day I can return. Also the dog Fred and the cat are bonuses:) Stay here and you will not regret it! Nothing it was perfect!

I really felt like being a welcome guest in a beautiful family villa where the host took extra care that we have a relaxing and pleasant time. The villa , the garden, the rooms are all beautiful and well designed with tradition and comfort well matched. The place is perfect for peace and rest, but somewhat outside the city centre , coming home at night is a task.
