This property is absolutely terrible! We were there for less than an hour and the hotel staff allows the people to stand outside your door smoking weed! I called to report it and told the staff that my daughter has asthma and that I can not stay in the room. I asked to switch to another building; however, the staff stated that there were going to be smokers outside of that room as well. When I told the staff that we would have to leave if they could not get the smokers to stop smoking weed outside of our door, she called the manager of the property and he refused to give me a full refund. He charged me for the entire night even though the property were allowing people to break the law by smoking weed in the state of SC outside other peoples rooms despite health concerns. I guess these people do not care if people can breathe or live to see tomorrow.

The hotel and staff were amazing. Only complaint is advertised complimentary breakfast. It consisted of a waffle or a bowl of cereal and coffee. No juice, no fruit, no yogurt,,,, nothing. So I wasnt able to eat anything because I have a yeast allergy. Stunk a bit.

We found used bloody needles stuck in the of the dry wall. The staff did respond and clean up the room when we reported it. There were dead cockroaches in the room. Overall, a dirty place. There is no true non-smoking room as people are smoking all over the place and room smelled like they are smoking in the room. Fortunately, we left early in the morning and returned at night so we did not have to endure the awful smells all day. Would not recommend this place

Will never stay here. I’m here for work and would’ve considered staying here for the remainder of my stay in Anderson but after owner refused refund for a smokers room I won’t even consider it. Terrible service. He would rather keep $73 and lose out on possible $200+. If you considering stay here I advise you don’t save your money and get a better hotel.

I wish I had a time machine to go back and rebook to a different place. The only time a saw staff was at the check-in, and the young lady was efficient and nice. Never saw anytime during the breakfast visit and checkout. The room is ripped apart. There's padding should thought holes in sofas cushions. The furniture lost finish. The shower curtain looked like it was about to grow fungus. The smell of cheap commercial deodorant is everywhere to overcome the stink of smoking. Something banged in the run every about 30 minutes, and I couldn't sleep. The breakfast was non existent. Run away!

This property checked all the marks, clean, quiet, safe, close to everything. You couldnt ask for much more on a quick trip. Pool was clean and well maintained, front desk was so welcoming and kind, the room was clean and relaxing. Would recommend and will stay here again!

Booked hotel because of breakfast and outdoor pool. The breakfast was minimal at best. But the pool needs to be closed down --- I have never seen a hotel pool with green algae all around the outside. Would never pass a health department check!!!!

This is a dirty gross old school motel 6 style place. Smelled like pot. People fighting in the parking lot. Wrecked cars in the parking lot. Bedding was damp. Door handles dirty and sticky. Horrible night sleep. Ick.
