Holiday Inn Express Anderson by IHG

I'm sure that the rest of the property will also eventually....I would definitely not booked that location, had I been informed...Please let customers know if you renovating next time visitors book

The hotel is being renovated and we were not informed. Elevator was inoperable, we had to step over equipment and cardboard to get to our rooms and there were no phones in the rooms to call for service or to ask for help. We felt unsafe and lied to

It was great experience! JOEY at the desk was the best hotel mgr. we ever met!!! He was friendly,helpful,punctual,congeail! We couldnt ask for anymore!!!

Property was under major renovation when we arrived and probably should have been closed to guests. Our toilet would not flush so they moved us to the only remaining useable room. That room smelled so musty we were forced to leave and go seek accommodations elsewhere. The gentleman at the front desk was very empathetic and polite, but I can’t recommend this location.

We stayed in a room that has been remodeled and it was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable.

only issue we had was the moisture, our room and bedding felt like a camping trip and the dew sets in at night making your blankets moist. Everything was moist and no amount of air conditioning helped , unfortunately all night we woke up the moment the air shut off as the room became steamy quickly. I think this had a lot to do with the renovations and amount of drywall work being done.

They were remodeling on my floor and lots of noise and workers..I felt like I should have been told in advance or discounted. Elevator was constantly not working.

The room was clean and comfortable with great AC. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was good. A new Starbucks with easy access was right there along with gas stations and a Papas and Beer Restaurant (great food). Easy access to the interstate. The front desk staff was nice. First room(with a king bed) had a high pitched noise in it. Front desk personnel could not locate the sound but was amicable and provided another room (double queen). That room smelled like dirty water. Front desk was made aware but no one checked the room. The bathroom had mold in it and the fan did not work. The hotel is being renovated but this was not noted anywhere (I would not have stayed there if I knew this). Construction noise was loud during the week. The business center was closed/out of service. The gym was closed the first night I was there but luckily it was opened for the rest of the week. I'd use the Hampton across the street before using this Holiday Inn.

Close to interstate but also quiet. Easy access to local venues. They are remodeling but everything was still clean and accessible. No comment
