The hotel was better than expected(in comparison to some others in the area) we liked that most people (both staff and other people staying there) didn't bother you but were still nice when they saw you like smiling at you or saying hello/good morning or afternoon or things like that. The room was decently okay we enjoyed having a stove top to use but that's as far as the good parts go Firstly we were harassed by a woman who took a liking to seeing us and our baby's pass in the hall as we'd leave for the store and stuff, her name was Heather and she was in a room one door down and on the other side of the hall. She got an obsession to the point of knocking on our door from 3-5am even knocking to speak to my wife who she never spoke to before while i was outside the door speaking to her trying to get her to leave and let me go into my own room, after that she pounded on the door multiple times from 3-5 and woke our 10 month old making her cry and then threatened to call dss because we didn't feel safe answering the door to her at 5am while also trying to get my baby back to sleep. Then as we were getting our stuff packed into our cars she tried to block me in the stair well as i was carrying things down so i went back in the room and my wife went out instead because she backed down when my wife would stare her down. She did call dss and caused me unnecessary problems there too because they were harassing family trying to find us because we didn't even know they were called and we've never had to deal with them before. Also our room stayed smelling heavily like cigarettes the entire time there was nothing we could do to avoid the smell, our bathroom door frame was coming apart the front of the door was barely attached we couldn't even close the bathroom door in fear that we'd rip it the rest of the way off and be charged for it. Along with that the carpet was filthy we walked across it one day and the bottoms of our feet were black and nasty feeling. If it wasn't for the door carpet and smell the room itself was very pleasant and comfortable. But that Heather woman made it where we will never stay at that hotel again even for just one more day if we ever came back into the area she ruined what was supposed to be the happiest day for us we had bought our new house and were actively moving into it that same day.

Only thing I can say positive about this place is convenience of location and the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. With that said the entire building needs MAJOR UPDATES! Easily 20-30 years of patch work to just maintain to keep this place open. Do not be fooled by the pictures they post of the rooms like I did the picture has to be from when they first open

Nothing How rude the person below us was and how the Office took their side over, not even listening to our side of the story and kicking us out with a child. They complained about us being noisy, but we hardly ever made any noise other than our infant crime because of his broke arm the person below us falsely complained about us being noisy and keeping her autistic son up, which never occurred which progressed us getting kicked out.

I was unable to even stay due to the very very rude general manager. She called the police on me for nothing. So because she didn't want to do her job. She told me i had to check in by 6, the site says before 7pm. She asked for all adult IDs that were staying in the room. I've never ever heard of that. What if the other parties had yet to make it into town? Then I asked could she edit it for me and my daughter, she said she couldn't do it. She gave me the absolute hardest time. Even after telling her my home was shot up. I have video proof of her unprofessional conduct. I've never wanted anyone to lose their job because everyone had a bad day. However, her actions were inexcusable and unwarranted. Then to think, she is the general manager.

the hotel is an older hotel and it shows. the room looks like it hasn't been updated since the early 70's. cabinet door were missing or broken. the lamp shades on all lamps have not been cleaned or dusted in what looked like years. They say they are updating the rooms but not sure what their plans are. the hotel says for extended stay, but the only things provided are limited. The second room I was in had an updated vinyl laminate flooring but that was as far as the got. shower water was controlled for temature and was barely able to be called warm.
