Perfect place to rest your head after a long road trip. Place was very clean which is all I ever want in a hotel. It is a “no-frills store brand” hotel. No one working the front desk throughout the night which’s means you check in at a kiosk. Had an amazing night sleep!

Your business model of a full kitchen with no plates, silver, glasses, or pots and pans is ludicrously STUPID. EXCHANGE FEE for towels? I will never book with your hotel again and I will share your ridiculous dime your customers to death for usage with anyone who will listen. You tout being an extended stay but don’t offer the elements for kitchen use. Your board of directors are lacking common sense. RIDICULOUS ON A WHOLE NEW LEVEL. Also, your personnel or lack thereof at front desk is also lacking. Your hotel was noisy. Some people were singing loudly and talking loudly after midnight. No personnel to advise them of disruptive behavior.

Love the kiosk for after hour check- ins

There was no attendant there and a group of people was lingerin out back a car kept riding through blastin loud music way over in the early morning also the smoke detector in one of the room was going off for over hr with the smell of marijuana I hated it

Room was nice once I got in the room. The kiosk thing didn't work, I waited 45-1 hr to get in my room bc the person upfront was in their own room and wouldn't answer the phone to get me a key to get in my room. They took my money immediately but I had to wait forever to get a key. Another guest showed out, that's how we were able to get help.

If you plan to use this Hotel and check in after hours, prepare for virtual check-in. It was not ideal in our case as we arrived at 2:00 am and just wanted to go to bed. Which the bed was a queen size and very low to the ground. The room served its purpose although I would have preferred to see an individual when checking in.

Place was super clean from the bathroom,to the fridge and microwave and the staff was friendly! Great location, close to lots of restaurants. Not enough pillows lol

The facility over all was clean. The downside is the things not listed. We stayed here to have access to a kitchen( for 3 days) but nothing tells you you have to bring your own stuff. Instead, they charge you for them. They only give you two sets of towels when we had three people. When we booked, it said we would have two queen beds. I don’t know who measured but they’re full size and extremely uncomfortable. We hardly saw any of the staff. Was very disappointed and will not recommend or come back.

The rooms was clean and efficient. I suppose I should have looked into the "extended" stay a bit more. Was not expecting nothing in the rooms but towels and toilet paper.

I loved the kiosk check-in, the newness and cleanliness of the facility. The location was very close to the interstate amd the price was amazing. Plus there was no incidental needed.

auto doors to help with luggage would be nice if you ever renovate

Nothing The entire stay was awful. The elevator didn’t work so we had to climb up and down 6 flights of stairs with all of our stuff, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work so it was so muggy you could hardly breathe and there was no one at the front desk to inform of this issue. No one was able to be reached by phone either. We also didn’t have any wash cloths in our room. We were WAY overcharged for this room.. $600 for ONE NIGHT when normally it’s only $62 per night… but since there was a concert, they overcharged. I asked for a partial refund or a refund due to all these issues and they denied my request. $600 for one night for no working elevator, no air conditioning, no one at the front desk, no one answering the phone, and no wash cloths in the room… and no one at the front desk, not even when you check out the next morning, is ABSURD!!! I definitely deserve a refund!!!

We were over charged by Booking.com, our rooms ( with children) were not close together, they could not accommodate us.

I never stayed at a woodsprings so I didn't know what to expect all I knew, was that the price was reasonable. I took a minute to check in because the rooms were still being cleaned and im not sure exactly why being it was pass 9pm. But anyway when we did checked in the room was very clean with a full size refrigerator and stove top and microwave. Wasn't expecting it to be so nice for the price. I would definitely book here again and suggest other's to book here too! Especially if your looking for an extended stay this is the perfect place. With a great price😀

We had three people in our party, but there were only 2 towels in the room. I saw this issue in the reviews I read, so I packed extra towels, and we were okay.

No staff at night. Never received towels we asked for 4 times. The nice lady from the kiosk, yes kiosk tried to help from Wisconsin (I guess a way to save money) at night.... it was hot, very hot and waiting on others to check in before getting in the air conditioning! People are nice, but if you need extras at night, you'll have to beg and then you may or may not receive. Staff in the a.m. is awesome, but night, no one there! And that's when I needed things that weren't in the room! Place is clean only plus for me!
