Breakfast could be better.

There was gated parking for the vehicle. The staff was friendly and we were received in person. The B&B is close to the waterfront and walking distance to the main attractions. The B&B is well organized and very clean. The AC did not work but it was manageable for one night. There was some ants in the kitchen that might become a problem for future guests.

This is 3 bedroom appartment. You should consider it. Breakfast is very poor, only juice, bread varieties and yogurt/milk.

Perfect location: Located 2 minutes walk from the Bracciano Lake. Very helpful host: Very easy to get in touch with the host. He was waiting for us at the house and explained very nicely all the house details. Private parking spot: this is a great feature for those travelling with a car. Included Generous Breakfast: The breakfast perfect! very complete including, coffee, juice, homemade sweets, milk etc. Super clean!

Maybe the stairs there is no elevator

The town set on the lake was beautiful, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable, the host was warm, friendly and endearing. I should have stayed longer

The property was lovely and clean. The location was excellent for the town and the owners and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend. Nothing.

Nice location close to the lake. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast consists only of prepackaged sweets. We bought our own bread, ham, cheese and eggs to make our own breakfast in the small kitchen

Lovely Bed & Breakfast with a nice outlook. Well organised and for us a family of 6 each couple had their own room with en suite facilities etc. within a self contained suite. All rooms were colour coded with their own set of keys. These colours related to where you sat in the breakfast room and also the trays in the fridge containing the food for each couple. Stefano and his staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to help us even driving 2 of our party to the local railway station on our last day there and he also booked the taxi to take us to the airport, great service.

The location to the town along the lake shore was easy and good as the lake town itself is lovely. It was easy to find the apartment. We received a lovely welcome but be sure to advise ahead so you can gain access as the host is not always on site and there is no self check in, as we were driving we did not do this so had a wait a while but it was no problem. The apartment was not that pretty as an older brick and concrete building but once inside was fine but that is reflected in the price.

We received a warm greeting from the host. The location was excellent, very close to the lake and restaurants. Everything was neat and clean. Plenty of parking. Recommend that you only take what you need to the room as there is no elevator and you walk to the 3rd floor of a residential complex. Breakfast was fine...pre-packaged pastries, yogurt, juice and coffee. N/A
