It was terrible lied about the rooms available think it’s a scam to get people to stay dog pee on the floor

Excellent service, comfortable and clean rooms, and prompt attention.

Place should be condemned. Unsafe to stay there.

Phone system is broken. They don’t answer the phone.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful.

Room was dirty, couches had stains and windows had dead bugs and whole place smelled like smoke.

Cheap using this just for work

We didn’t end up staying because the place was filthy. The air-conditioning did not work in our room and there were customers in the lobby complaining about GNATS and who knows why. I would never stay there. It is nowhere near worth $160 a night even if you do get a Jacuzzi room.

I’ll definitely stay again! Derrick went above and beyond for my family and I. He was very friendly and attentive! Stay here if you want a clean, family friendly experience!!

The room was dirty. It smelled like somebody pissed all over the floor there stains all in the carpet everywhere paint peeling in the shower, shower doors dirty. The main thing was the smell. It was horrible. I would’ve left, but I couldn’t get a refund.

I got bed bugs

Hot tub was on website, but had been cemented over for years. Door to room would not close on its own. Cigarette burn on bed spread. No lamp shade on bedside lamp. Floor lamp did not work. The TV had black line down the middle and the picture was poor.

The property was dirty and not taken care of. Most of the lamps in the room did not have lampshades - looked like they had been broken and not replaced. The shower was dirty and there was dried toothbrush stains on the mirror. There was dirt in the corners everywhere. The host literally had a sheet of paper with all the rooms that had issues - toilet overflowing, AC not working, etc. Thankfully we didn’t have any of those issues. And the bagels for breakfast were good!

It wasn’t quite what I expected. First the positives. The staff was professional. It was modestly priced. Unfortunately the whole building was pretty well rundown and had a not so nice smell walking through the hallways. Once we got to our room, it appeared to be very well worn but clean at first glance. But the more time we spent in the room, my eyes were burning and my lungs weren’t feeling well as well as being triggered by sneezing a lot. It smelled awful like cigarette smoke and a lot of other smells that were not so nice. We found a used cigarette butt under the bed ( note, this was a non-smoking room) since the whole building pretty much smelled like that, we felt it wasn’t even worth it to try to ask for a new room. You could tell there were quite a few folks who were using the hotel as an apartment, which is something I would’ve wanted to know before choosing it.

Pésima elección. Sucio, mal olor, luces apagadas y habitaciones deterioradas. Un muy mal ambiente para familias.
