The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. There are many shops, restaurants and malls nearby the hotel. The train station is also nearby. Excellent facilities and one of the best hotels we stayed when we are in Seoul.

Good breakfast but little bit pricey Room was dirty. We had to ask the manager and cleaners to clean the room again because under the bed was filthy dirty. It looks like the cleaning crew never swept under the bed since the hotel was opened.

Location is a very good. You can hear classical, enjoyable music everywhere. Breakfast contains a variety of fresh, delicious products. Stuff are much more polite. A little bit expensive. There is not coffee machine and water in corridor, when you want you can't drink. Air freshener is used excessively. You will be fed up.

Location was good. Fridge was tiny; like 3 water bottles, tiny. Staff wasn't very helpful, and they didn't clean well

Nice hotel in a great location - near a lot of restaurants, cafe, and shopping. Staff was helpful. Our room was spacious and had comfortable beds. Only issue we had was that the AC in our room was not adjustable so they had us move to a different room during out stay to remedy the temperature issue. We also wished there was an early checkin fee instead of having to pay full price for an extra night to check in early. Other than that, we had a good experience.

We liked the kind staff and the room was a great size. The air conditioning worked well and so we were comfortable. We missed breakfast on Sunday because the hours on the sign in the elevator said until 11am but it was finished at 9am.
