The place is simply amazing! A very impressive house among the vineyards, spacious and well-equipped rooms with a beautiful view. Excellent location for car trips to the charming villages of Provence. And of course Jacqueline and Bernard who host with warmth and family friendliness, who will give you good recommendations for places and restaurants. Excellent breakfast!

The house is secluded yet very close to all points of interest in the area. Modern, light and very well thought through. Jacqueline and Bernard are exceptional hosts and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. We will definitely stay at Bastide Saint Maurin if we visit the region again. Thank you! Nothing

Although the owners were away on vacation, their staff member took excellent care of everything. She was kind, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The outdoor jacuzzi with a panoramic view was the highlight of our stay – a perfect spot to unwind while watching the sunset. Breakfast was classic French and delicious, with fresh pastries, homemade jam, juice, and fruit.

Property is ideally located between all the sites we planned to visit. Jacqueline and Bénard were welcoming, gracious hosts. They were helpful in our planning and provided maps and even binoculars. Property is exceptionally clean and Beatrice was very welcoming each morning with great breakfast. The grounds are spectacular even in early spring with rows of lavender and trees. The entry way is gated and lined with trees that light at night guiding you to the property Nothing at all

The host was gracious, had a welcoming attitude, and was very joyful. She made great breakfasts and offered espresso in the afternoon when we arrived. The room was large, had a king-size bed and spacious, well appointed en suite bathroom. The balconies furnished and very pleasant. The location is fantastic, and was just a few minutes away from the beautiful wedding venue and events we attended at Chateau de Sannes. Great overall experience!

Jacqueline's breakfasts were a delicious way to start the day. Her spread included homemade jams, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed juice, homemade baked goods and baguette and bread and pastries bought every morning. As well, she kindly offered eggs cooked to your liking. The room and facilities were very well appointed and I felt very much at ease in their home. Jacqueline and Bernard are consummate hosts. I didn't like that I had to say goodbye as it was a wonderful base for day trips exploring the spectacular scenery of Provence and visiting her beautiful villages.

The property is beautiful, it is peaceful and the views are incredible. The proud owner shared with us the historical connection with Romans who lived there 2000 years ago which was impressive. The rooms are comfortable, our room didn’t have air conditioning but temperature was just right at the time we stayed. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Whilst the scenery is incredible there isn’t much to do around and you need a car to be able to explore the area. There is no restaurant nearby, if you want to eat a meal in the evening you need to drive to nearby villages.

The property is impeccable. Beautiful attention to detail from the heavy hardwood doors, Grohe rain shower fixtures, embroidery on the pillowcases, homemade breakfasts and gorgeous landscaping. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious and very clean. It looked quite new actually as everything was well-maintained. Jacqueline and Bernard were very gracious and accommodating. The room had a mini fridge eith complimentary drinks and wine. After a long day of sightseeing, we came back at nearly 10pm with pizza and Jacqueline gladly heated it for us. The location is a bit off the beaten path and at first I wondered if it might be too isolated. But after having visited busier towns like Aix, I realized that we made the right choice. Ansouis is charming, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. Surrounding restaurants were fairly priced. Not like the tourist traps in other more popular towns. Overall, we loved our stay and would do so again. Very minor quibble… the bed itself was very comfortable, but would have been even more comfortable if the pillows were goose down.

Beautiful property and lovely staff. Close to the wedding venue of our friends. And value for money. I didn’t like how bright it got in the room early in the morning. So would have preferred darker blinds. And didn’t like how warm it was at night sleeping. But the fan they provided helped. Would give 10/10 otherwise.
