I like the pool the room and the cleaning lady I did not like that there was berly wifi and there was little communication every time I called .. I understand not everybody can speak English but same time the service at the restaurant wasn't what I expected for a hotel.that has 4 starts .. it took them 30 min to bring us a 60 euros. Bottle.of white wine that I ofcourse return it since it was far from cold .. and the file minion was not.file minion .. it was just a.peace of steak.. and again language problems ...

Breakfast was great. Fresh, lots of choices. The hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff were helpful. We didn't get to use the spa facilities as much as we would have liked. The hamam was not warm and despite our repeated requests, did not get heated. This was disappointing because we have a group of first-time visitors to Turkey and we looked forward to them being treated with a great introduction to Turkish culture. Access to the sauna and steam room also was denied us one evening because a female Muslim guest was being served. With all due respect, there must be a way to accommodate other guests even while caring for the needs of an individual.

Nice staff and friendly. Nice breakfast. And the appartments are nice and i loved the pool view. The 2nd night i had dirty bed cover, i hope they pay extra attention to it next time, otherwise highly recommend it

We loved the jacuzzi in our room! The room service was meh. Pizza was disappointing. Reminded me of American elementary school lunch pizza. The location isn’t awesome for exploring Antalya, but if you have a car it’s not bad. It’s a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of the city.

Room was not Clean, Jacuzzi did not work, TV did not work, Skylight did not work, Sofa had stains, Room did not have a blanket and I could go on..

Flat very clean and free shuttle for going to the beach with only a drive of 15 minutes max Food and staff behavior. At the reception, only one person was really friendly … unfortunately I forgot his name.

Everything was fine! But the guy of room service has really bothered us. He was knocking on our door every early morning. The first time I heard him, I went to open the door to see him asking me if we needed water! So I took the two small bottles of water from him! The second time, while we were asleep, he came inside the room to see us in our bed and ask if we'd need some water! That guy really made us angry! How could this happen? Otherwise, the hotel is good!

The pool is very nice and clean, and they upgraded us for free to a jacuzzi room which was sososo cool! Everything was awesome

We had AC problems a lot of the time, the bedsheets had stains twice after changing, there were faeces marks at the top of the toilet bowl. There was a foul smell in the whole building the entire 7 days we were there.

The hotel is nice and clean. The apartment was very big, clean, and modern. There was also a small kitchen, which was helpful. It’s only 15 minutes from the airport. We had to leave early before breakfast. The reception offered to prepare lunch boxes for us, but they forgot because they didn’t write a note.
