Nothing The hotel wants to charge us 3000 Turkish lira for towels reclaimed there’s spots on it and after washed it by my hand the spots gone! And they didn’t provided me blankets for my kids after asked them for 3 times And the room service comes every 2 days! And you can check the pictures of towels after I cleaned it by my hands

Honestly, nothing. The hotel did not meet even basic expectations for comfort, cleanliness, or customer service. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was poorly maintained, cleanliness was below acceptable standards, and the bathroom was extremely uncomfortable to use due to its poor layout and condition. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful when issues were raised. The most frustrating part was being accused of damaging a towel and being charged an unfair penalty after checkout. The towel was used normally, and the charge felt like an excuse to take extra money from guests. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, the hotel seemed more interested in finding reasons to impose additional fees. I strongly dispute the charge and found the entire situation dishonest and disappointing. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was smell in the room. Also the size of the room little bit small

The room was under repair. There were patches on the wall. No normal blankets. Only throw blanket. The bathroom is designed for very short people. The height of the sink was very low like for kids.

After the room hadn't been cleaned in a couple of days, I had to personally request service for the room, not a big deal if they would have told me that at check-in. There's some kind of spa downstairs, I went down one evening, out of curiosity to find a bunch of men smoking cigarettes and one young girl who looked out of place. I'm not saying anything shady was going on but I felt uncomfortable and left.

Clean, simple, good value for the price. Breakfast is simple but has everything what you need Wifi requires a registration. We couldn't connect.

Great property location, staff and breakfast

It’s a really nice location and good sound isolation as for the hotel First time when I booked this property I got to the hospital by ambulance and stayed there for one week, so couldn’t use my booking + breakfasts. They didn’t returned money nor for booking nor for breakfasts. Just silence. After the hospital I’ve tried to gave them another chance and they gave me the room with broken mirror. For 5 days that I was there they haven’t changed or just take away this broken mirror and also never cleaned the number, changed towels or anything like that. On the last day we had early leaving and I’ve asked them on the day before that if they can give us our breakfast 30 minutes earlier or return money for them, and guess what? They just can’t.

Friendly staff, helpful with suggestions. Tea, coffee, hot water available anytime. Breakfast had a wide range however some of the cheese platter looked reused from previous day.

Excellent hotel for its budget . Near every thing Beside tram coming from domestic airport Walking distance to downtown. New , much better than photos. I recommend if you are not stay at 5 star hotel for budget . No safe box

We stayed four nights at Safari Otel which is a very beautiful, newly refurbished hotel in Antalya City centre with reasonable price, Clean and specious Rooms and very Comfortable beds. Location is very good. Lots of Turkish restaurants , shops and Tram Station are very close to the hotel..Few good indian restaurants also nearby..All Staff were so polite and helpful including room cleaner, Breakfast lady...Specially the dashing manager and three male Receptionists( unfortunately i don't know their names) were always ready to help with smiling. They have booked few trips and taxis for us.. Breakfast was OK. Little problem with both Rooms Air conditions with hot air .They tried to resolve it but hot air didn't come out till last day. Then on our request the Receptionist has arranged some good quality quilts for us..Thanks a lot to him for that..A little problem with hot water in shower and sink but they fixed it. Hotel's owner should take some actions to resolve all these minor but essential problems...Also A Kettle, Small dust bin and a sefty locker should provide in the rooms. Otherwise Over all it is a good hotel according to the affordable price and short distance to some attractions...

It’s close to tram station. Rooms are newly decorated. There are some shops and small restaurants nearby
