It was neat and the staff was very polite and accommodating This hotel is not recommended for families but for bachelors or group of friends who are travelling together I will not suggest even for solo female travelers The breakfast was just average The lights are automatic and mostly older age men and boys are staying in this accommodation

It's room from the 70'. small shower, some wires were visible through the ventilation grille. Poor breakfast.

The staff was polite, the room was very clean, cleaned every day, the breakfast was good, maybe a little more variety is needed, excellent location, very close to the shopping street and old town In my opinion, it is good to renew the equipment in the bathroom and toilet, to have shelves

NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING I wish I could say something good about this hotel but unfortunately there is nothing to mention we are supposed to stay 4 nights we only stayed hardly one night . We checked in as reserved on Sunday august 21 and paid the whole amount 278 $. The owner (Receptionist) was not pleasant I did reserve a family room for 5 people he gave us a room with 3 beds. The room was not healthy it smelled bad. The bathroom was terrible., the toilet seat was out of its base, The next day I told the owner that we could not stay in that room because it is not healthy so he said that he would move us to two different rooms but we had to pay additional 90 $ and told me to not to mention this so that he could get away from the commission. I refused that so I asked him to get part of my money he started yelling was very rude to me So my wife and I started looking at 5 am on Monday August 22 for another hotel and we did a walk in reservation in a different hotel which is much better. So we stayed in that hotel only one night out of 4 nights.

Location, breakfast and helpful staff. One of the room (104) has smelled bad on our last day we couldn't sleep well and recepetiont said no room available to change.

The place is in a quiet location and the services are close. I came back again quickly. I liked the deal, the internet is strong, and the family room is spacious and has a large balcony. Thank you to everyone, to the two brothers and Radwan, and to the owner of the place, who seeks to satisfy everything you want with great happiness.
