Amazing location and staff

The room was quite old fashioned and the button for the toilet flush came off the wall. I also had an outside table right in front of my window so I could hear people eating and chatting.

Close to centre, friendly and helpful staff. Far too noisy most night (music until mid morning most days). Breakfast was from 7, but not ready until 7.30 which was on problem on the last day when we had to leave without breakfast. Showers could have been cleaner.

In a great location in Kaleiçi, historical style, very clean with a nice back yard Staff was incredible, very friendly and helpful 24/7 A bit old, which is not an issue whatsoever

The location was excellent . The hotel is right in the middle of the old town. the room were exceptionally clean and sizeable but what makes the stay is the staff. Every single staff member we met were amazingly helpful and super friendly. They go out of their way to help you and make sure your stay is comfortable. Highly recomend.

Noise from nearby pubs and late night entertainment venues till 3am. You could hear the thumping noise even with the windows shut. Make sure you have earplugs.

N/A Only thing that was good was the location and staff friendly, hotel very tired, fidge old and rusty, photos advertised not a true reflection, weather was good but no pool ready and no sunbeds to sit around

Breakfast was great. The location was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved our time here. If I have to say something, I would say that it was a little loud on Friday night with the window cracked. The noise came from a nearby club. Close the window and it was much better, and being near the life of town was something we loved, so I can hardly complain.
