Old hotel under noisy renovation (8am–evening) not disclosed. Hair on bedding. No outside food/water allowed. Poor breakfast. Wi-Fi didn’t work — I paid $50+ mobile data.pool works 10a.m.-6p.m. Only pro: nice view. Think twice.

The view is amazing, the location near the old city and alot of shops and the breakfasts was very good. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend it for sure!

24 Stunden Checkin Absolut No-Go! I paod 100€ for just one night for this?!? Cockroaches everywhere, very poor breakfast which isnt restocked, everything filthy. Unprofessional and unfriendly reception staff who pretend to not understand you if you have complaints and does not let you speak to any manager. Instead they just throw you out and threaten to call police! Before the trip I was granted to check out 1 hour later, I also told this to 2 receptionists who where okay with it. But on checkout day an angry GUEST knocked heavy on my door demanding that I will check out immediately before my time was up, he wanted to beat me up and requested that I pay for his whole trip. Then he started to break in, I was fearing for my life. You can see the picture of the broken door. It came out the staff told him his room number and let him inside the hotel before I could leave my room. The staff then pretended to not understand what the problem is and refused letting me speak to any manager. It is a no-go what happened there and I felt extremely anxious. Before that I had the chance to try the breakfast but could not find any food, only leftovers and some cockroaches. Never again!

Nothing - all facilities were closed. Food was basic. The bedroom decor was below average. Staff were not helpful. The AC wasn't working and the staff didn't try to help. Not enough towels in the bedroom. Slept in a hot stuffy room and had to keep the balcony door open to get fresh air Nothing - all facilities were closed. Food was basic. The location of the hotel and there is parking I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting. Customer service is very bad , worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY
