Great breakfast and dinner with beautiful courtyard and pool. Nice staff. One room smelled strongly of smoke. There was an electric current when showering that was fixed quickly the next day.

Bestame was great and his collauges at the desk were very professional and kind. We had a fabulous time staying in this hotel

Great hotel, friendly staff, very clean, good location. My only issue was the weak air conditioning.

Location. Swimming pool. Staff. Dinners were excellent. Breakfast was inordinately expensive.

Lovely room near the pool. Restaurant area was beautiful, we enjoyed a good meal there. Location was perfect. Lovely staff. The breakfast was good but not the best I've had in Turkiye, but really that's nit-picking! There was some noise from a nearby club but it stopped quite early.

Clean shower This stay was a deeply frustrating experience that I feel obligated to share so others don’t fall into the same trap. A small booking glitch, two names were on the reservation but only one displayed, turned into an aggressive upsell. The front desk immediately demanded an extra 30 euros for the second guest. I checked the Booking app right there: the price for two adults was 31 euros, versus 29 for one. A 2-euro difference. I suggested I simply cancel and rebook at the correct rate, but they flat-out refused, claiming it would hurt the hotel. After lengthy negotiation, they settled on 25 euros, still wildly inflated and clearly designed to exploit the situation. To make matters worse, we received zero confirmation that our room was actually updated for two occupants. I have a strong feeling the adjustment was never processed and the extra charge simply disappeared into someone’s pocket. As for the room itself: it was uncomfortably cold with no heating solution offered. We had requested bedding for two in advance, ignored. The noise level was surprising for what was supposed to be early season; we barely got any sleep. I dread to think what peak season sounds like. The on-site restaurant was empty for a reason: the food quality was poor. Meanwhile, every restaurant in the surrounding area was full, which tells you everything. We tried to escalate to a manager but were told none was available. What struck me most was how the entire staff demeanor flipped the moment money was involved. Friendly and welcoming on arrival, cold and dismissive the second we questioned the charge. Other guests we spoke with had booked better hotels at similar prices. Given all this, the high ratings here seem questionable at best. I genuinely recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel prioritizes squeezing extra euros out of guests over providing a decent experience.

It was a sweet, cozy little hotel. Nothing fancy, but it was comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My daughter got food poisoning, but not from the hotel. We had to have a doctor come to the hotel, and they were very nice and caring. The breakfast was very good. A nice little selection. It was a good way to start the day. We ate dinner in the restaurant once, and it was good too. The location is great. It is right in the old town area, close to all the shops and cafes. If you enjoy cats, you will love it. There are cute cats everywhere! Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool because it wasn't filled up yet. The weather was nice enough. I think they were getting it ready. You could tell people wanted to use it because they were sitting on the loungers. The street noise gets a little annoying. But that is just part of the great location.

Excellent breakfast and great location

Nice and clean place in the middle of the Old City. Very good breakfast, but the cafeteria can get very crowded even in the winter. People with mobility issues should take caution because there are a lot of stairs on the property. Since the buildings are old, you can hear some noise from other rooms and floors, but nothing critical

I stayed for three separate nights during two weeks in January, in three different rooms as it happened and all were spotlessly clean with comfy beds and a good shower. On the last night I was up in the attic room which has a fantastic balcony! Also had dinner here as well as breakfast on each occasion, all the meals were excellent. Staff were great too, everyone was really friendly and helpful (and thank you so much for looking after my bike bag while I was away on my tour!) You're in the old town area, so it does get pretty noisy at night, until around midnight anyway.

Friendly greeting on arrival, helpful staff, well-kept hotel

Staff really good. Specially young guy at the reception desk, we forgot his name, excellent person really helpful. Location really good. We never saw the pool, however we went in winter I think that was the reason. Small room for two people.

There was some noise from outside, but it was still acceptable, and I found the experience enjoyable.
