The staff is gentle and helpful. They even offered me a lahmacun and Ayran for free. The breakfast needs too much improvement.

Awful The hotel owner are hustlers, he claimed that we brought water and food from outside the property and asked us to pay them money, he brought us 2 police officers and when I stood and told them that I want to complain in our Embassy and that I want to go to the police station they stopped hustling us. The whole experience is awful, the hotel owner told me kids we don't want to see you in our country, he is racist and does not deserve to work in hospitality business.

Nothing Overall evaluation is big Zero! This place is not safe for tourists. Worst experience in my life! Zero respect, I felt threatened and unsafe. The owner is sitting there to annoy the guests and threaten them. Zero services! Zero cleanliness. They refused to clean the room, one week stay with the same bed sheet. I had to empty the bathroom trash bin myself!? bathroom was smelly! The owner told me I will not clean the room and go and complain to the police or booking. Not allowed to eat or drink in the room (as if it is a school) and the owner called the police for me when the kids got food to the room.

GREAT LOCATION IN OLD CITY CLOSE TO BUS STATION NICE GARDEN WITH SWIMMING POOL MOSTLY FOR OUR OWN LITTLE BOUTIQUE HOTEL WITH NICE ATMOSPHERE, NOT CRAWDY PLACE- LITTLE AMOUNT OF TOURIST FREE TEA AND COFEE ALL THE DAY IN RESTAURANT FOR HOTEL GUEST ROOM WITHOUT BALCONY- A LITTLE TINY. BREAKFAST TIME- 08.00-10.00. IF YOU MAKE SOME TRIPS- MOST OF THEM STARTS AT 7.30, SO YOU ARE NO BREAKFAST, ALTHOUGH YOU PAID FOR IT. PROBLEM WITH TRANSFER OF BUTTER, NO BUTTER FOR BREAKFAST, YOU NEED TO BUY IT FOR YOURSELF IN MINI-MARKET- PRICE 68 TURKISH LIRA.

Location is in central. easy access to shopping and restaurants. Public transport is close by. Pool 1.8M deep. AC units are too small for big family room. No hot water, had to take bath with cold water. I was given a room with broken Toilet door lock(Room#202). Door wouldn't stay shut. I had to force them to change the room, first they asked me to get in touch with bookings.com which i refused and insisted that they've got to sort this out. Eventually I was given a different room with better condition(Room#204). The Curtains were hanging off the hooks in the new room but it was live able. I hope they will improve the condition of the rooms. Also hotel picture is for the back yard with Pool, not the hotel front.

Location and staff are excellent Value of money is convenient The pool area is very relaxing The breakfast option and the food snack they have is great, as well as the food facilities as well as the small ice cream and corn corner The staff is extremely helpful Room cleaning every two days I suggest to add two type of juices at breakfast to be included in the buffet. Beside this, everything is excellent

The location is perfect Non of the staff speaks any language other then Türkisch, many things broken in the room , the housekeeping shows only if you insist

Just the location. The staff/manager named David ( according to him his name is David) was horrible! He was arrogant and insensitive plus a big liar! First he denied the fact that according to facilities they advertised on booking.com, a kettle is provided. I had to struggle to make him understand that’s what it says on advertised room facilities. Second , he told me no food and drinks are allowed inside our hotel room. He said we have to do everything in the hotel lounge/cafeteria. He acted so rude and authoritative I felt utterly threatened and discriminated! I never experienced like this in all of my travels, an hotel staff/ manager disrespectful of their guests. So when I insisted that I need a kettle inside our room, he acted like a child with tantrum, he told me the room we were in was not the room we booked so he demanded we must leave the room and move to the other room and we have to move NOW! What a ridiculously rude and insensitive person he is! So we moved to the other room as he demanded. The room itself was small and filthy! It has no wardrobe/cabinets/cupboard to keep our clothes. To our surprise, the water from the tap and shower was yellow brown. We thought it will drain clear after we opened it for sometime, it didn’t, the water was filthy, yellow brown and rusty all throughout our stay. It was so filthy it made our teeth and hair felt muddy. The taste of water when I tried to make sense of it was like a rust. I didn’t escalate this to them because I was traumatised with how the staff/manager treated me, there was no point talking to a self-entitled and arrogant person like this David. They don’t clean the room daily. We stayed there for 4 nights and our room was only cleaned once. I think the staff was not trained to please their guests. They acted indifferent and did not speak to guests overall. Even they don’t speak English but they should look welcoming, friendly like what I experienced in other hotels in turkey.

○ They granted early check-in because we had a very early flight arrival. We paid for it and were grateful. ● The bathroom door did not close well at all. We complained, but they were just apologetic. ● They should be friendlier. When we complained aboutthe door, they just gave an explanation, unfortunately.

Location was good 01- The refrigerator was in toilet that's unhygienic. 02- Plumbing issues, water pressure was not good in the shower. 03- WC flush was leaking. 04- Shampoo was not available. Rather, body lotion was available. 05- I would had appreciated if a glass and atleast 01 water bottel was available in room at the time of check-in.

I had a balcony and the size of the balcony was too big and I really liked it. The cleanliness of the room was so poor. There’s no blanket, just a thin sheet and it wasn’t that clean as well. Toilet was dirty as well as towels. The breakfast was so poor, I didn’t expect that bad.
