The cleanliness deserves to be better frankly speaking

Very clean. Staff was very friendly and I stayed 5 nights instead of 1. Nothing at all

The hotel’s location is fantastic and very convenient. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making our stay extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

The hotel’s location strikes a perfect balance, being close to central attractions while offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. I would unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and prestigious stay. Thank you for everything

The common areas appeared clean bright and new -- unlike my room. The hotel demands cash payment on arrival in Turkish Lira. I knew this and was prepared, no issue. What I wasn't prepared for is how dismissive management is, with a very bad attitude. Once your money is paid, you are screwed, not even Booking.com can help you. The hotel refuses all requests. I suggest you ask to see your room first at least, my room had a broken shower head, came with no soap or anything just a half used bottle of store bought shampoo (maybe left from the previous guest? Lol) and an ashtray. The hotel advertises their rooms as "soundproof" - which nobody realistically expects of any hotel - but after your first night you will realize that this is 100% a troll. These walls are paper thin, management must know it (and that booking can't do anything about it) and they are having a laugh. Finally, on the second to last of my 7-day stay, housekeeping forced me awake with their knocking around check out time despite countless "no thank you's". They got their schedule mixed up and insisted that I needed to leave the room or go to the lobby to pay an extra day. Management told me it was just a friendly offer for cleaning, there was no mix up, and "not to worry about it" when I got upset about this. Strangely, house keeping didn't knock on my door once during any of the other days I stayed there. Huh. Oh, also the balconies are about 10cm wide and overlook a noisy garbage dump and recycling depot. Literally. I'm an easy going guy and the price was right, but I felt compelled to write this review as a warning mostly based on my treatment from management.

There was a reason no pictures were shown for this hotel. We had a room with 4 single beds, which were really uncomfortable. When we eventually went up 2 flights of stairs to get to our room, we sat there waiting for the A/C to be switched on. After half an hour of no A/C and sweating like pigs, they moved us from that room to another identical room on the 3rd floor. So we grabbed our things and went up another flight of stairs. Bathroom facilities are something to be desired. My children refused to shower in the bathroom due to them finding the hygiene level questionable. This hotel is more like a youth hostel, cheap rooms, lots of waterside noises, and hearing the loudness of other guests throughout the night. We couldn't get out of there quick enough the following morning. They staff wouldn't even order us a taxi, told us to walk to the main street and get one there with all our luggage on tow. Any of it. Rooms were horrible, bathrooms were next level horrible, staff were difficult to communicate with and unhelpful, and the hotels general cleanliness was questionable by all guests

It was near the tramline. The receptionist was pleasant. No lift, poor lighting, no kettle in the room, no shampoo provided, no info in the room, slightly overpriced for the quality.

Stairs Dirty sheets and stench. We changed them three times and each time they gave us dirty sheets. The room was booked with two beds. The young man who worked there was very impudent and ill-mannered. What we chose on the booking.com website did not matter. Instead of a twin room, I gave a double, instead of a non-smoking room, I gave a smoking room (you can smoke in their rooms?) In the bathroom, water constantly drips from the overhead fan above the toilet. The paper holder is broken. There is no partition between the toilet and the shower. The floor in the room is sticky, the walls are worn.

Nice accommodation in a good location with a view from the balcony of the rubbish dump and with the kids under the windows, I would be a bit scared to have a rental car under the windows as the kids have no problem climbing on the cars. The owners don't speak English but it's possible anyway.
