Modern building. Good location close to Kaleiçi. Nice rooms. The spa staff and restaurant staff were very good. The front desk staff and valets were not friendly and just plain rude. Not what I normally encounter with Turkish hospitality. They were not willing to problem solve and help easily and were dismissive causing unnecessary stress.

The location and beachfront facelities. Photos of the rooms in the booking room and the room I have stayed is like day and night. It has little windows furnished with old and worn. Air conditioned site isn’t clean and full of dust. Bathrooms are also old and maintanence hasn’t been done properly.

The location was good , in front of the beach , 10 min to the old town. The access to the beach easy . The AC was hot we call them many time the technician came and he said its cold ?, the room was really hot like no air , we ask them to fix it or change the room no response, the bathroom was Dirty there was blood spots on the bathroom door from in side, the floor of the bathroom was with stinky odor, we call room service the lady came to us with air refresher, she came also 2nd day and change the towels and she open the flush i asked her to wash the floor she refused she said i will map it with towel and water the smell come worse , i will never come back to this hotel.

Its location. Very close to the beach and to Old Town It seems the building is very old and the rooms fittings with their bathrooms are very standard.

Location… walking distance to the Old Town… to the beach… INCREDIBLE breakfast! Nothing NOT to like.

Old room, constant water leak sound with no visible leak. Uncomfortable beds, stain all over room. Highly priced for poor quality. Everything about the room

Even Even after we checked in, they didn't give us our guest wristbands. The rooms were very dirty and the cleaning service was terrible. The hotel staff were generally cold and rude. It's an experience I will never repeat, and I will advise everyone I know to avoid staying there. nothing

-Close to the old town -outdated hotel, it must have been the place to be 20 years ago but you can clearly see it has not been upgraded since. -breakfast was plentiful but not tasty. -spa is old and ugly. -bikes for Hire through the concierge are old and difficult to ride. -reception staff was not welcoming on arrival

Beautiful water views. Gym pools and deck on the cliff with access to the sea amazing, great breakfast. Awesome spa indor pool and saunas Scrambled eggs in the container were disgusting ? coffee not really good. No towels by the pool. We always had to ask about it. And no towels at the end of the day.

It attracted most the dining area by the swimming pool and the seaside where we had breakfast every day. But unfortunately breakfast is monotonous. Same basic Turkish breakfast everyday is not appealing. Could add different cuisine every alternative days. Staffs are very cooperative specially in the reception. Bed is not comfy and did not like the towels and the bed sheets are very old though was clean. but not suitable for 5 star category hotel like Ramada. Hotel and the rooms look very tired, needs to refurbish.

The facilities (outdoor pool and beach club) are absolutely amazing and worth every penny. The breakfast was also very good and the staff is lovely Our room was dark and had no water nor additional toiletries

Room smelt like cigarettes, bathroom smelt all the time and the room had poor lighting.

Hotel and rooms were tired, though clean. Feels dated. Breakfast was very disappointing with stale dry pastries, horrible pre-made eggs, though the omelette station was good. Could be because we were not in high season and food wasn't turned over fast enough.

The buffet was the only saving grace of the hotel. The hotel was a good location, a friendly reception team, delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, a great variety of foods, desserts and fruits and the restaurant support team is very helpful. The housekeeping staff perspective. First for the first 13 days I asked 3 times for shampoo to be filled in the bathtub container that was empty when checked in and they did not. I asked for small shampoos but did not get any. The Holiday Express has better bathroom amenities including tissue paper the Ramada does not. They either cannot understand English or don't think a guest should have shampoo for 3 weeks stay. The first time I got the shampoo refilled in my room was on April 16th in the night shift housekeeping came after asking again the reception team for the 3rd time. You can ask Wyndham staff and verify what I am writing is accurate. I was investigating the possibility of a 50 person stay with an international office group but under the circumstances I have to choose an alternative hotel perhaps Hilton Doubletree or IHG may be a better choice. The internet service was unreliable over 17days it had to be restarted 3 times. I wonder how many of your guests stay 18 nights and get this kind of treatment.

Breakfast choices and the view from the hotel! That you can’t adjust the temperature of the room to your liking, my room was running hot the whole time and I have to keep the balcony door open all the time to cool it down.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room and view were amazing. They had probably the largest breakfast selections I have ever seen, and it was all delicious. You can eat and have coffee while looking at the Mediterranean. The gym and pool and spa facilities were all the highest quality. Just a short walk from the Old Town and shops. Everything was just really overall unbelievable here. Highly recommend when in Antalya. Nothing not to like.

The food was amazing. The workers were kind and respectful. It was a little dirty in bathroom shower stall was mold and in shower head in bathtub. A was tried to clean but it didn’t get cleaned may have been stained.
