No coffee or tea available in the room never mind breakfast.Third day I left this hotel how bad was it .I would not recommend this place

The bathroom’s ceiling was dripping water just over the toilet sit. Staff member tried to sort it out but the room he provided had strong smell so I went back to room again. I had to cover my had with towel while using the toilet. Rooms isolated very badly, I could hear all the conversation from next door. However ,the last night was awful couldn’t sleep because of the argument .The couple argued very loud then had a laugh. Staff were ok tried to find solution but of course they couldn’t.

The room was beautiful. The location was convenient. The front desk person at check-in was extremely rude. We stayed for one night and he was not friendly or welcoming. We asked to use the laundry service and he refused. The lack of customer service and feeling like we were an inconvenience truly gave us a negative feeling about our stay.

The reception was ok The room was not very tidy, especially the bath room, with bad smell only one very small window towards another building (this was not mentioned in the description) We decided to stay only 2 nights, even having paid for 3, and looked for another hotel - we found one with a much better location and much cheaper As well: there was some kind of chaos caused by the hotel by not accepting the credit card paying before our arrival - this was not necessary and was not a good experience

Nice location. Feel like local. Near to restaurants and supermarkets and good value for money. You got everything you need with such a price! Recommended for short stays. Lift is there too for those needing accessibility. Could be better with sound proofing

The room was clean and tidy. It looks like 5 starts. However, there was few things on the wall it need attention. The shower was so beautiful and very hot and nice water. Easy to find the hotal as well. Overall I like it and I may come again ? Not much

It was great to stay at this hotel, very nice staff, always helps to solve problems. The location of the hotel is also very good, in the center of Antalya, everything is within walking distance The room was a little dirty when we checked in, the shower smelled a lot of sewage, and the walls were very thin, even the phone conversation was heard by the neighbors, we stayed there for 4 days, all the neighbors were noisy and we did not manage to sleep properly at night. The washing machine was also not in working condition, when we wanted to fill the jacuzzi, the hot water ran out quickly, while the water in the Ariston was heating, the water in the bathroom cooled down, as a result, we couldn't lie down in the jacuzzi either

I didn’t feel like the neighborhood was safe at night. We also came across a cockroach at the apartment which was not a good sign that the place was cleaned well.

The apartment was full of bed bugs, cockroaches, dumped walls, and equipment in the kitchen is incomplete! No hot water. and the hygiene is so poor! On the Booking i was read this is soundproof rooms but its not true my son so many times waking up night time, because from outside we heard everything! The staffs also the manager was not nice we have to move out on the third day because of the health condition not suitable for my family! The area was horrible too, drugi peoples everywhere. So we are so sad my family Christmas holiday went horribly because of the TERRA ROSSA!

The next day house keeper Arrived to room stunk of cigarettes (was informed its a smoking hotel), toilet was filthy (you can use your imagination). Manager accused me of doing it and told me to lower my voice when I was obviously upset of this accusation. The new housekeeper next day was lovely but unfortunately the manager did ruin the whole experience. there is no sound proofing at all. The kitchen isn't prepped, but kind housekeeper did help with broken kettle, but 1/2 stove didn't work.

Really nice hotel in the city center, walking distance to Mark Antalya, the staff is helpful, rooms are cozy.

Had to move out next day, disgusting place from Nightmare, bed bugs literally crawled over bed, had to change to another room at 4 am. Wrote to booking complaint. Owner said I'm getting full refund but nothing happened. Everything! they smoke in the lobby and allow smoke in the rooms, everything dirty to the point if filth falling off the walls. Borreliose bugs biting, toilets stinking, towels and sheets with holes and spots, there was nothing

Everything was perfect. It’s some of the most friendly staffs I’ve ever meet, always smiling and ready to help ~ one of them even cooked food for me one night without asking. The location is great too. It’s close to the shopping street, a lot of restaurants, the marina, old town, bazar etc. All these things you can reach by walking. The room itself was also great. Sure you can see it isn’t a 5-star hotel but nothing was missing. There is a duvet instead of only blankets and the bed wasn’t hard, which I really appreciated. As a bonus for animal lovers, the hotel has a cat who enjoys to talk ~ it’s great when you’re missing the little ones at home.

Location was great, it was very close to the public transport and the center was at just 10 mins walking distance.
